101  Economy / Speculation / Re: I locked the profit - SOLD ALL COINS on: June 15, 2016, 02:10:32 AM
Bullshit walks, money talks.

Up we go, Yeah Smiley
LOL yes it does. That's why the weak hands are walking with their weak profit. They'll see they made a big mistake and left much money behind Cheesy
102  Economy / Speculation / Re: Be sure, this will drop hard soon... and here is why... on: June 15, 2016, 02:08:11 AM
Guys this post is from December haha it's not talking about this rally. With this rally we're still very strong. Just wait and see how high Bitcoin will go Grin
103  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: June 15, 2016, 02:05:03 AM
the price will be rising more and more Smiley
Agreed upon my friend. I think maybe now Bitcoin is finally unstoppable. They can't bring the price down even if they try by selling. People selling like crazy and we're still at 680
104  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how much you lost money in gambling? on: June 15, 2016, 01:58:11 AM
I've won money gambling but that's because I mostly stay away from luck games like roulette and dicing and go for skill games like texas holdem and PLO
105  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: June 15, 2016, 01:51:32 AM
What do you Guys think of the actuall Hashnest market. you could purchase an s7. but maybe its better to wait for the s9??
I'm waiting for the s9 because it's too risky for me to put a large amount of money into s7 without knowing how the halving will truly affect difficulty and price.
106  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What I should do , if gambling in my country illegal? on: June 15, 2016, 01:49:25 AM
if gambling is illegal in your country as illegal in all Islamic countries. then you should keep away from gambling other wise you should go to another country where gambling is legal. but you should not exercise illegal activities.
And you would move to another country if - for example: Bitcoin in your homeland was declared illegal and harmful for local economy (there are places like that: Iceland, for instance)
And believe me, people there don't give a shit about this ban as it is almost impossible to impose on people.

I can tell that with gambling, or in this case with bitcoin powered gambling, we will see the same situation -  potential legal issues and no real way to stop people from gamble.

Exactly it will be like governments trying to stop torrenting. It simply is not possible to enforce. They can make as many fake rules as they want but with no way to stop it they are just meaningless.
107  Economy / Speculation / Re: Quick Survey: When will you Sell your Bitcoin? on: June 15, 2016, 01:43:17 AM
The poll seems to show a lot of people on here are going very long. I'm there with them but will probably take my profits at predetermined times whatever the price is at that time.
108  Economy / Speculation / Re: When are you selling your bitcoins? on: June 15, 2016, 01:41:42 AM
Well maybe ill sell some of my bitcoin when the price reaches 800$ or more. If its outcome is another, ill try to sell it at a profitable price.  Grin
Most people sell at the $100 dollar marks. That's why we bounced back to $680 and so when we rally to $800 we'll do the same lol. I'm selling near the halving if it looks ok.
109  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predict the price for January 1, 2017 on: June 15, 2016, 01:40:20 AM
I predict $900. This is because I believe people will dump at the halving and also that the limited supply will only cause for it to rise after people are done dumping for profits.
110  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: June 15, 2016, 01:39:08 AM
I only spend my coins very rarely when I want to buy some giftcard off these forums or some other thing somebody is selling here. So my spending is strictly person to person.
111  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: June 15, 2016, 01:37:23 AM
Yes it will be more popular as it becomes more stable. And as it becomes more popular it will help with stability. The halving is going to help big time with both of those so I'm going long on BTC now.
112  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoins safe? on: June 15, 2016, 01:35:23 AM
I see that discussion is about safety of wallets, but i think that the topic question is about of whether investing in Bitcoin is safe.
In fact, Bitcoin is still in experimental phase, so it is hard to say that it is completely safe.
To be honest, at the moment, more important it is the belief that Bitcoin succeeds. Wink
Yeah I mean a wallet is only as safe as you make it. A password protected wallet is safer than a wallet in your pocket though is what I believe. The investing is safe imo now that halving is around the corner.
113  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: June 15, 2016, 01:33:12 AM
I think that bitcoin is already a Global Currency because many use it worldwide. May it be in terms of recharging their airtime on their smartphones, trading into fiat, or buying many things.
Yup. What I would like to see as the next step for Bitcoin would be the awesome ability to just live on it. So paying the rent directly with it, buying food directly, and paying utilities. Then people start working for btc Grin
114  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: June 14, 2016, 05:19:57 AM
Well either you lose all your money and you can't gamble anymore and then you quit or you find some other way to get the thrills and rush of winning. Perhaps playing video games and even on video games you have choices to make like a gamble to make you win or lose.
115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 200 Brock Lesnar Vs Mark Hunt on: June 14, 2016, 05:16:00 AM
i'll bet for lesnar in this game. i know that dana white have a good reason to put him in fight even though he rest for a couple of time
Yeah true haha I don't want to say it's rigged or anything but there probably is a good reason. Maybe the reason is just that Brock is a beast to begin with Grin
116  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which bitcoin trading platform is easy and reliable on: June 14, 2016, 05:13:11 AM
Depends what you want to do. If buying Bitcoins then coinbase is the best imo. If just trading Bitcoin or altcoins then I'd say yobit.net. After cryptsy it's hard to find a good exchange and I've had no trouble with yobit. I think most people who complain were trading scam alts that's wallet broke or had a bad update or something.
117  Economy / Digital goods / Re: $50 Starbucks eGift cards on: June 14, 2016, 05:08:27 AM
How are these cards obtained? Is it legal to use them?

Are you willing to send first to a trusted member or use an escrow?

The 24 hour warranty tells you all you need to know lol. You need to cash these out fast or they will be zero'd out by somebody else or starbucks themselves. But these sellers usually do provide the codes that can be worked on your phone. Use at your own risk.
118  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcoin Swag - T-Shirts, Mugs, Phone Cases, Posters - Premium Quality 15% Off! on: June 14, 2016, 05:03:37 AM
Great service. I waz looking for a place to buy Bitcoin gear for gifts to family. No better way to support Bitcoin than wearing it and getting the logo out there for the public to see.
119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: State of Bitcoin poker on: June 14, 2016, 05:00:23 AM
Is it just me, or does it really appear as though bitcoin poker activity has slowed down quite a bit? I recall in the heyday of SWC, when essentially everyone played at the same place, and bitcoin was relatively new and undervalued, that SWC always seemed reasonably busy. By reasonably busy I'm guessing around 300 players logged in, give or take. Now players are spread across multiple sites, such that they may congregate on one site for an hour or so if there is a big tourney running, but otherwise this same, fairly static community has since dispersed their play across multiple sites such that rarely does a site have +300 players like SWC used to enjoy on a daily basis?

Is Betcoin an exception? I don't really play there so I don't know for sure. Last I logged in a couple weeks ago things were surprisingly slow. Was the bitcoin poker community better served when there was only one place to play? Or am I just nostalgic?
Bitcoin poker has always been a hard sell for people. Now everybody mainly dices or plays games of chance to where the only factor is luck. Plus you're right that there are many sites and people are spread out.
120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: when your out of btc on: June 14, 2016, 04:55:47 AM
question for hardcore gamblers Smiley
when you have btc you mostly spend all on gambling and you are addicted how so when you dont have btc you dont miss gambling?
i know that i gamble for fun (i dont care too much of my money so i can afford to lose 10,50,100$) so why when you have btc you go to gamble even tho you know you will most likely lose ?
does this question have any sence to you? if not ill just lock topic im just interested how people when have btc they are addicted and when they dont have gambling addiction is not comming out.?
regards.
-Katerniko1
Well it's not true addiction if when they don't have any money to gamble they don't gamble. Addiction is when you're borrowing money and going into debt. The other type is just greedy misuse of money they have
