i believe BTCe now requires $200 deposit to chat now, as of 2016.
because i have $112 usd in the account and they said i need $88 more dollars to chat.

we were promise mobile trading app for our iphone/tablet in 2015.
what ever happen to it?

its already 2016 no trading app or metatrader app integration etc.

we need something where i can type the "%" of profit/StopLoss i want to take and the number would be automatically calculated/typed in for me.

For the Lotto, i want a setting, where i can tell the computer which market to place the random trade (stocks, Forex,etc).
for example if i chose Forex, it would pick a random currency Pair and Random Long/Short position everytime.

i want to have control over how much is in
play, Leverage, TakeProfit % ( where i only need to type in the %)
computer can pick the currency pair, Long or Short position.

1) would there be any Stocks for SimpleFX in the future?

2)  is there a maximum BTC limit in a open Position? i know 1broker have 1,000BTC limit in 1 currency Pair.

3) i have a hard time finding information about how long you guys have been doing business for, when did simple FX started and Founded. where are you guys Based from?

4) there is no information about how Bitcoin is secure, what percent is in Hot Wallet and Cold Wallet, etc. i have a right to Know this kind of information.

5) how are BTC withdraw is it instant, as long as Funds are available in Hot wallet?

6) you guys have 2FA for withdrawal , Etc ?

i understand how you feel, i lost a Pretty Penny when MtGox Screwed me.
However i feel Pretty Secure leaving money in 1broker, they keep "5-8%" hotwallet, "92-95%" Coldwallet.
that is what CoinBase/BTCe did and they have beeing doing fine so far.

let says if "HotWallet" did got Hacked. Losing 5-8% isnt a big deal. they can make it all back within
3-6 month or less, of Their profit.

what i do is i play with 5BTC, everytime i make 1BTC profit. making 1BTC profit is realistic because of x200 leverage you can use. i would withdraw the profit into coldstorage.

i got some of my friends to get started 1broker,
but however i am concern the fact that if one person make a duplicated account would have their account close and lose all the funds inside.they all make the their own account using the same internet connection (same IP address), the thing is that i am scared your computer system might recognize this as 1 person trying to make 4 or 5 accounts and shut down my account.
and also 1 of my friend didnt have a computer with him so he used my computer to make his account.

now i am scared that my account will be close with all my BTC taken away from me
because of your "User agreement policy".

Should we expect a increased Limit beyond 300 BTC  for " Inidices/Stocks/Commodities "  in 2015/2016/Future  ?

Scenario case
in "2016/2017" BTC Does a Recovery to $950 USD per BTC.
would you...........

A) Reduce the limit to " 70 BTC" from "300BTC" and keeping the volume per Stock limit at $70k USD?

B) Maintain the 300 BTC Limit which would equal to $285k USD

C) Increase the limit for whatever Reason might be.

i know people who have over 100BTC on Cex.io for months on trading.


my first incident i had with CEX.io was my withdraw problem. i try to withdraw. its say i didnt had enough fund to withdraw when i did. i contact support and they fixed it within 24hrs.

my second incident when i successful withdraw fund, i waited 24hrs and the funds wasn't transfered yet. it say it was transfer from my history but i never got it. i contact support they took care of it within 12hrs.

  so far only good experience from cex.io
