What is wrong with this pool? Pool is stuck at 90% luck for awhile now.

So what is the equivalent of LPM mode for this firmware? Is it the 'Hashrate Unchanged Lower Voltage' setting?

Thanks for all the welcomes and info!

I just moved my 763.5TH to Kano today from Slush.

Of topic but wanna mention that S9i and S9j works well on S9. Did flash all my S9 and working great since. Less power, less chip heat....however they sometimes make a low pitch noise because of thr fans running slower.
I would like to know more about this. When the S9i came out I thought I read about a few people who had tried to run the S9i firmware on an S9 and it was said not work. How many S9's have you done this to? Which firmware are you using exactly (S9i or S9j)? What method did you use to upgrade the firmware? You still mining at slush where they make crappy empty blocks every once in a while - or did you switch to here? I am thinking about moving to your pool. I have 763.5TH. But without reading through this entire thread, can you tell me if there is anyway that your pool can notify me if a worker has stopped working or is hashing at a low rate via email or phone app?

Slushpool did contact me about 10 hours later and they have adjusted the block I got shorted on to reflect the correct scoring hash rate.
|
|
|
Yes what is going on Slushpool? I have a scoring hash rate of around 760TH, but I only got paid for 169TH. Here is proof: I have also sent you message through your website, but no reply.

|
|
I just notified them through their support site. I have not seen this before, but I may have missed if it happened before because I would have to had seen the scoring hash rate for each block to notice as I usually pay more attention the hash rate graph which shows a steady 760TH.

At the same time as you. Slushpool has screwed me out of nearly 600TH in Bitcoin for block #531790! Here is proof: https://ibb.co/dYg7mo

This issue is even worse that what you posted. For the first block that you show a long time in processing (#35451), it has finally processed and I got paid just 169TH worth instead of the 760TH or so it should have been so something is very wrong. https://ibb.co/nbjzz8

As a Slushpool user with 762TH, this is very concerning to me and the responses given by Slush does not address this concern at all.

I have 52 S9's mining. 44 of them are at a cohost in Oregon. 8 of them are in my basement in Colorado. They all had 0% HW faults with some at .0001%. They all mine on Slushpool.
Then one day they all suddenly had HW faults of .0005% or higher. A chain on each S9 suddenly had thousands of HW faults. This all happened at the same time on all of my S9's
Since my units in Oregon and Colorado are on completely different power grids and internet the only thing they have in common is the pool.
So I do think the pools can effect HW faults.
This is just my opinion.

I am having issues to on us-east.stratum.slushpool.com:3333. I have miners in Oregon and Colorado and they all are having issues.

We have been looking into using a colocation service for our S9 miners, but all the ones we have considered require us to carry general liability insurance. When we check with our insurance provider concerning this, they either say that the colocation does not have adequate security or the insurance quote we get is so high that it will make mining unprofitable.
So we are wondering what other customers of colocation services have done concerning this? What insurance companies are you using? We are located in the US and looking to host in the US or Canada.

Bitmain would not tell us anything about the invoice, but we did get our money back from the seller.

Any good recommendations for BCH exchanges in the USA we could use in the future to buy from Bitmain?
