A penelty for arsenal and a red card for coufal on the 67 minute that lacazette missed which woulve secured the win he is not doing good he only scored 1 goal in the last 8 games with arsenal and now west ham team seem determined to keep pushing to score i think we will see more goals. It was a really interesting incident but in favour of Arsenal anyway. Thanks to the red card, Arsenal were relieved more but they still didn't want to risk the victory. They won the match by 2-0 and showed a really good performance during the whole match. This is the Arsenal that I want to watch. And I'm hoping them to keep this form up as much as possible. |

It looks like a really tough season is waiting for Barcelona. I really believed in them to win today against Osasuna even it was an away match. If Barcelona continue to be this inconsistent, they won't have any chance for the championship for sure.

There was an incredible match today which was played between E. Frankfurt and Bayer Leverkusen. To be honest, the result really surprised me. Actually, both of these teams were performing really good on the last weeks. But I never expected a score like this at the end. Even though Leverkusen got 2-0 ahead, Frankfurt made just an unbelievable comeback and destroyed Leverkusen by 5-2. What an effort! It was really incredible.

LOL.. we need to wait for another three and half months to find out whether we will be able to watch Cristiano Ronaldo during the 2022 World Cup at Qatar. If they somehow qualify, then that would mean that Italy will be eliminated. Path A and Path B doesn't feature any of the superpower teams. In all probability Austria would qualify from Path A, while either Sweden or Czechia looks probable from Path B. Path C is quite complicated. In addition to Portugal and Italy, they have two very good teams in Turkey and North Macedonia.
Path C is really tough now. Portugal and Italy are the biggest teams there and Turkey follow them. But truthfully, Turkey can make some serious difficulties for Portugal in their match in three months. I know that it is very early to talk about it as there could be some injury problems etc.. But for now, Portugal are the favourite to me. And Italy wouldn't have any problem on eliminating N. Macedonia. In this case, one of Portugal and Italy teams will be out of the World Cup which is really difficult for me. |

Liverpool - Aston Villa is a tough one. If Aston Villa didn't bring Steven Gerrard to their coach position and didn't start performing better, I would say that Liverpool would defeat them easily. But now we never know what will happen. Liverpool would still have the control of the match I guess. But if Aston Villa defend them well, they may struggle like they did against Wolves the last time.

I'm really surprised by Galatasaray's performance in the group stage. As their opponents were quite tough considering the quality of this tournament, I thought like that they would barely take the second place or move down to the Europa Conference League. But it turns out that they ended their group as its leader. They claimed an important one point against Lazio the last time and secured the place. I wonder how far they will be able to go forward in this tournament.

There's always a criticism if the Lakers lose but only few recognition when they are winning. I think the Lakers should take it personally, I mean they should work on their chemistry so they would work as a team in the ring. After an impressive win against Boston, now we see them struggle again.
Lakers got two losses in their last three games. However, the losses were against really difficult teams. Hence, people shouldn't blame Lakers too much just for that. But of course, it would be better for their own benefit to play more consistently. Especially the trio in this team should perform consistently to achieve good results most of the time. They have the capacity to do that in the end. |
