381  Other / Archival / Re: Pictures of your mining rigs! on: January 08, 2014, 07:27:11 AM
My first dedicated LTC mining rig:

I'm jelly of you and your 0.0000001 khash ! Grin

Oooh.. is that an S3 Savage 4 gpu ? 0.0000002 khash.. Roll Eyes

I know bubl3s irl. I saw that rig in person. This is back before the solidcoin devs came out with scrypt support on reaper, so at this time LTC was CPU only. The CPU in use there escapes my mind, though I think it may have been an old Athlon 64.
382  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 5 x Antminer USB miner 1.6Gh/s - 2.2Gh/s IMMEDIATE SHIPPING on: January 07, 2014, 08:37:18 PM
Lower the price, you can buy them new for less.
383  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Nanofury's on: January 06, 2014, 09:25:22 PM
nanofurys are faster then antminers

They overclock to match them, and they can go further if you mod them. They are also much cheaper than any bitfury-based ASIC, and the yellowjackets which are identical are also much cheaper.

industry guys up my ass...

Thanks for the hearty laugh and the tear in my eye.
385  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] ASICMiner Block Erupter Cube with Ethernet & USB : 0.85 BTC on: January 06, 2014, 07:01:57 AM
just watched 2 of these end on ebay.... you know the place where they pay insane high prices.....

one sold for $718,   another ended with no winning bidder at $699.....

Just watched some resellers sell brand new ones on the hardware section, you know, the place where they sell/group buy new miners at? One sold for .69, another sold for .75.

I ask you at least look at what they are actually selling for before you post an offer to sell something.
386  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] ASICMiner Block Erupter Cube with Ethernet & USB : 0.85 BTC on: January 06, 2014, 06:25:22 AM
.85BTC? Pfft, yea.. you want that all at once?...
387  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a .1 BTC Loan (Have collateral) [REPAYED] on: January 05, 2014, 11:30:27 PM
Loan has been repaid from the collateral. My rig had a PSU failure Friday night, and to minimize the risk, I had elitenoob repay the loan from the collateral (LTC) I sent him, and he sent me the remainder: d018b1dd1e4c114e64aced7de88702d7b14850d0969097e6751f1f854fc4f60e (LTC transaction info)

Hate when that happens but I usually keep a few extras about.  Grin

It happened at the absolute worst possible time it could have happened too (down to about the minute). I have the paper cash to buy a new one, but it happened just before my bank in the area closed, so no way to run over there and deposit it, so can't even place the order Friday, or the entire weekend, so I have to deposit it on Monday, and order it Monday night, and have it  next-dayed in, which would technically be Wednsday, because they won't ship it out after 4:00, and I can't order it until about 7:00... I'm not even going to considering waiting on the RMA, my broken one will become my spare/ASIC driver.

It sucks real hard too, as my mom went to walmart today, and I had her take my cash to put it onto a prepaid card, except: "We don't carry these anymore since Christmas because of all the fraud going on." FUCK YOU walmart.

I'll offer .12 BTC for the 695(7)0 shipped, escrow fees split. I paid the same for my MSI Twin frozr 695(7)0 when BTC was at $850 last time, and you haven't posted a good picture of it, or gave me any of its history, or specified whether it runs stable while mining/gaming with the unlocked shaders.

Well, if you make a successful deal with someone, pm me once they take delivery and you receive payment, and I will delete those posts.
Well I should be able to by tomorrow. I'm a little scared of sending my Jalap out with only half the BTC. I'm thinking of just refunding, it's everything eBay told me not to do!  Tongue

I don't blame you. Personally I would just use escrow, but in the end, it's your decision.
394  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Selling Used 7770 for 0.098BTC ($80) on: January 04, 2014, 01:42:07 AM
Hello all! Im selling my ol' 7770 since I upgraded to a 7850 recently. I'm selling it for $80 in BTC.
You can find the full specs on it here, that's where I bought it.

It works perfectly and everything is included. No escrow because it's a pain in the ass and it's a small purchase and I have proof.

PM if interested.

"no escrow" No way scammer. "pm if interested" mhm..
Dude, seriously, its $80 for a 7770 with proof. I realize I don't have a trust score yet but damn!

EDIT; And "Pm if interested" is what EVERYONE says.

Yes, but in your case, you have no trust, and posted a grand total of 15 posts. PMing creates an advantage for a scammer to exploit someone/multiple people without any cross-checking. Also, there is no reason not to escrow with anything worth over $5-$10, it protects both parties, and helps everyone, unless of course one of them are trying to scam.

EDIT: If you accept escrow for a deal with someone, I will take back what I said.
Okay, maybe you do have a point... I will update the post.

But I still don't like escrows, and as you checked my threads you should know that I have a deal going with another member.

Well, if you make a successful deal with someone, pm me once they take delivery and you receive payment, and I will delete those posts.

Do not deal without escrow, as this guy matches a pattern of a known scammer.

EDIT: Do not deal based on heatware feedback either, as he seems to exclusively use that site.
are u serious? a pattern?
first off if u are here to thread crap, then thank you did it.

second, dont post here anymore. if you are not interested in the hard drives, then take a hike.
i did not post this thread for pendejos to post here.
if you were smart enough you would do a google search "Carlitos714".

anyone interested in the drives send me a pm.
I had someone inquire about the "pattern" via PM, and in the interest of full disclosure, here it is:

Myself and another on here were scammed by an individual trying to sell things, using stolen/impersonated heatware profiles to "prove" his trustworthiness, which as it turned out was just a big sham, as he ran away with our bitcoins.

I am just posting to caution people to be safe, and not get scammed. I didn't accuse you of being a scammer, I just said you seem to match the pattern of a known scammer. If you're not a scammer, then you will have no problem using escrow, and everyone will be happy.

400  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [IN STOCK] Powered Risers @ Cryptocables - Official Feedback, CS, Q&A Thread on: December 31, 2013, 01:40:18 AM
Why are they so expensive now? I went to buy another one earlier, but I'm not going to fork over $25 for a riser... Not unless it's a really long one. I was disappointed, as last time it shipped out fast and without a problem.

EDIT: I have already bought a couple more. Time was/is of the essence here.
