You'll have to include insured express shipping and escrow at that price. $80 seems more agreeable at your terms.

pffft Sorry to say it, but no one will ever give you even close to $500 for it.

Sounds strange Huh DHL said it was delivered and now say they will deliver again?

Hope the driver didn't spot a guy hanging out along side your road and ask him, "Do you live here?" Guy says, "Huh? Driver says, "Sign here" and passes him the box.

I promise you, if I had a bitcoin for every time that UPS or DedEx has done that to me, I'd probably have 8 or 10 bitcoins by now.

I think that sometimes the driver, knowing his route, marks a bunch of packages "delivered" and then gets delayed, or whatever and has to swing back or return the following day.

I have had the post office f around caught them redhanded.  the guy left a yellow label marked delivery attempted. I ran around the block stopped him and said I want the package.  He said he did not have it on the truck.  I said what the f why did you mark delivery attempted   you don't have the f'ing package.  It was 1 in the afternoon on a sat last summer. the box had 100 asic sticks.   my post office closes at 12 on sat.  I had to wait to monday to get the gear.

I had a driver who used to do this at my old place.  Anything that was too big to fit in my box he'd just mark as 'attempted' even when he never tried.  Unfortunately, USPS doesn't care - even after 20-30 cases I submitted to them for package troubles.

Lazy sons a bitches. The backup driver for my route always does this.
144  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The Chili – 30+GH/s BFL based Bitcoin Miner Assembly on: February 26, 2014, 12:06:27 AM
I've seen screenshots with stat readouts for the individual hashing engines. Is this possible with the chili? My hashrate is only 29GHs right now, and I have a suspicion it's got to do with the coverage of this heatsink, but the easy way to tell would be if a bunch of engines are down on a chip or two.

anyone?
Are you talking about where it shows 0a, 0b, etc?
That's a BFL-centric thing. BFL issues a single job to each chip, while we issue a single job to the Chili and divide it between the 8 chips on the board. The per-chip hashing stats aren't externally accessible.

Ahh, alright, thanks.

If you guys are scared of the marvel in engineering that is Chromebook, that's ok. Chromebook doesn't judge. Chromebook just wants you to be happy.

I'd rather not get scroogled.

Also, microshit blows too.

No one is going to pay $850 let alone $400 for any of those miners.

The Fedex truck pulled up today and finally delivered my units, the Avalon2 24GH units, which I bought despite my bad experience with Avalon which I'm still bitter about.  I downloaded the 0.2.0 OpenWRT image off the Technobit website and flashed my TP-Link MR-3020 and fired up a couple.  Now I wish I had bought more of them Smiley

The hash rates bounce around a bit, I think this is because of the ancient Enermax power supply I'm running them off.  The unit that is showing 20GH in cgminer was running at a stable 23-24GH when I had it plugged into a Corsair HX850.

Here's a crappy photo and a screen grab of cgminer running, and yes, that is an IBM usb keypad that I'm using as a hub:

That hub. You are bad and you should feel bad.Cheesy

Your prices are much higher than what other people are selling them for  Undecided

Yea, the price for these is already higher than me on a Saturday night, but this is ridiculous...

How do I keep this thing from modifying my GPU fan settings when it restarts bfgminer? I set my GPU settings externally with Sapphire Trixx, along with my fan speed, for a reason, and if it restarts bfgminer while I'm away, it turns fan control back over to the GPUs, and then I'm stuck hashing at 65% capacity until I get home.

I bought from this biz two weeks ago, and got my miner last damn week.  No need to be douche bags to him.

Why do you all have to be such dickheads?

0 activity... Not even one, but zero...

If he wants he can ship first to a trusted member, or use escrow a couple of times to vet himself and his business, but you will find that trust is next to impossible to obtain here otherwise.
158  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Antminer S1 on: February 18, 2014, 01:50:17 PM
1 @ 1.5 bitcoins, shipped to the UK with escrow

Sorry, that offer is way too low.
good luck selling it at anything higher considering people like sushi were selling for 1.8

Considering they were selling new for 1.4BTC....

Previously unheard-of company selling what would be highly-sought-after mining hardware, what could go wrong? Would you be fine with escrow?

Yes this unheard of... Wink Since everyone is selling pre-orders.

Are you willing to do escrow?
