Does bitcointalk.org have official social media accounts? I'm looking at this one on twitter : https://twitter.com/bitcointalk, which claims to be the official account - at the moment it has 14.6K followers. Is this in fact your official account ?

congratulations on being listed on CoinMarketCap yesterday! i'm writing a book about altcoins that have been listed on CMC this month. it's based on a voting system which resides here : http://altcoininvestigation.com?utm_source=bitcointalk&utm_medium=NWC . if you'd like info about NWC to be included, feel free to vote for it by going to that link, selecting 2019-11 as the year-month combination if it is not already selected, and then selecting the button for NWC. thanks

I and many from the KYD community have been waiting for this day to come for a very long time to see KYD listed on CMC. Now that KYD is listed on CMC, hopefully this project starts to get the attention it deserves as most people like to use CMC to find good projects which I believe KYD is.
I agree on the effect that CMC has on increasing awareness. I am just now looking into this coin precisely because it appeared on CoinMarketCap - so far I have only just skimmed some of the information. I write a series of books called Altcoin Investigation to help people do DYOR. Each book covers as many coins as I can research (given my limited amount of time) for coins which first appear on CMC during the month in which the book comes out. Which means - I am getting all set to add info about KYD into this month's volume. if you are interested, feel free to vote for the coin to be included here : http://altcoininvestigation.com?utm_source=bitcointalk&utm_medium=KYD. I try to give precedence to the coins which get the most votes, since I can't cover everything. go to that link, make sure the year-date combination of 2019-11 is selected (it should be the default selection during November), and then select the KYD button to submit a vote. you can vote for any coin repeatedly to reflect varying degrees of desire for specific coins to be covered. thanks

you were listed on CoinMarketCap yesterday! I am publishing information on coins that are appearing on CoinMarketCap in November. (I did this for some preceding months as well). If you would like for me to include information about DMme on there, feel free to vote for it by going to this link : http://altcoininvestigation.com?utm_source=bitcointalk&utm_medium=DMME , selecting 2019-11 if it is not already selected, and then selecting DMme's slug button.

thanks for sharing the above information about your stablecoin and congratulations as well for being listed on CoinMarketCap yesterday. if you would like information on your coin to be included in my Altcoin Investigation book for November, feel free to vote for it by going to this link : http://altcoininvestigation.com?utm_source=bitcointalk&utm_medium=VNDC, selecting the current year-date combination to be 2019-11 if it is not already selected, and then selecting the slug button for VNDC. thanks.

What an interesting thread this is. SOZ was added to CoinMarketCap today - so it will start to get more people looking at it. i'm currently writing a book about altcoins that are released this month. Basically its DYOR but without any statements either for or against the project in question - the idea is to give people a head start on their own DYOR by sharing my own. in any case, i have a limited amount of time to work on it so i base it off of a voting system. Those coins that receive more votes get more of my attention. if you'd like to vote for SOZ to be included in my book (sounds like it would be a rather good candidate given some of the back-and-forth in this thread) feel free to vote for it on my voting page : http://altcoininvestigation.com?utm_source=bitcointalk&utm_medium=SOZthanks ! i look forward to reading all of the entries in this topic in more detail perhaps sometime tomorrow (i just skimmed it today). i've often wondered at what point it is ok to take someone else's white paper and then modify it in order to save time creating your own white paper...

Congratulations on being added to CoinMarketCap today! (although for whatever reason your website is missing from the profile page. someone should get them to fix that.) i've added a slot for BeatzCoin to a book i am writing about altcoins. It's based on a voting system, so if you would like to spread the word about BTZC feel free to vote for it - i give more emphasis to coins that get more votes because i have a limited amount of time to work on the book. the voting page is here : http://altcoininvestigation.com?utm_source=bitcointalk&utm_medium=BTZC. i'll have to check out that video of john mcafee...

Xtrabytes and Safex?
The safex has indeed been forgotten. This is a sad thing, and apparently their CEO has given up. they only post bland updates every week, but nothing is noticeable. I think it died from inside and will soon be removed from CMC. I'm doing some preliminary research on Safex Cash for a book I am writing. They are not represented by a company as far as I can tell; instead they are a group of crypto enthusiasts. The CEO (i.e. Chief Architect) is still alive - here's an interview he gave about 2 months ago : https://blocktv.com/watch/2019-09-10/5d77dc5777e7b-d-dd-daniel-dobek-safex?utm_source=altcoininvestigation.com&utm_medium=bitcointalk. Both Safex Cash and Safex Token are from the same group of people. Their activity on bitcointalk is limited, but they appear much more active on their own forum : https://safe.exchange/.

SFX got listed on CoinMarketCap today! I guess that's a good thing... i wonder if SFT will be listed. I'm not up to speed yet on the coin so forgive me if the previous statement reveals my ignorance. i'm writing a book called Altcoin Investigation 2019-11 and i've added a slot for SFX to it, since that's the slug that CoinMarketCap went with. it's based on a voting system - the more votes a coin gets, the more info I will put about that coin into the book. This is a good way of spreading information about the coin since of course readers of the book will find out about it if they don't already know about it. you can vote for the coin here : http://altcoininvestigation.com?utm_source=bitcointalk&utm_medium=SFX, as many times as you like. The unlimited voting lets people reflect their desire to include the coin in the book - more votes means i will devote more time to it, since i have a limited amount of time at my disposal.

Congratulations on being listed on CoinMarketCap today! I've added a slot for BTRS in my current book, "Altcoin Investigation 2019-11." It's based on a voting system, and the coins that get the most votes will have more data written about them in the book. This is good for spreading the word about the coin (as readers of the book will of course learn about it). Feel free to vote for BTRS here : http://altcoininvestigation.com?utm_source=bitcointalk&utm_medium=BTRS. You can vote as many times as you want to reflect your enthusiasm about getting info about the coin included.

hi there. congratulations on getting coin-market-cap-listed! (I made that term up) i've analyzed this forum and have identified 13 accounts which I believe may be fake accounts. all of them duplicate other posts word-for-word, and the ones prefixed with asterisks duplicate entire conversations, sometimes replacing only the poster names and times. if i consider all of these accounts as fake and then count all of the posts made by them (not just the duplicates), they constitute 6.63% of all of the posts in this forum which precede this one. some sites use the total number of posts to indicate the popularity of a coin, so the posts from these accounts can mislead people who are doing their own research before investing, since they inflate the number. here are the fake accounts and examples demonstrating their duplications: * Renewal posted https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45300167#msg45300167 (page 36, post #720) but compare: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg44964043#msg44964043 (page 15, post #292) * Rabelines posted https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45299950#msg45299950 (page 36, post #718) but compare: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg44963336#msg44963336 (page 15, post #288) * Phantasmagor posted https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45297803#msg45297803 (page 36, post #711) but compare: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg44938060#msg44938060 (page 13, post #253) * Giolenoph posted https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45295940#msg45295940 (page 36, post #705) but compare: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg44936152#msg44936152 (page 13, post #251) * Pelgoron posted https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45294923#msg45294923 (page 36, post #702) but compare: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg44935692#msg44935692 (page 13, post #250) * SaprikMazhik posted https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45345852#msg45345852 (page 39, post #769) but compare: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg44879645#msg44879645 (page 11, post #209) * JackJackD posted https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45345725#msg45345725 (page 39, post #768) but compare: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg44879206#msg44879206 (page 11, post #208) * maryjanewatson posted https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45344198#msg45344198 (page 39, post #763) but compare: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg44873072#msg44873072 (page 10, post #193) Spierris posted https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45283443#msg45283443 (page 35, post #682) but compare: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg44833942#msg44833942 (page 8, post #152) FCj119 posted https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45344347#msg45344347 (page 39, post #764) but compare: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg44873907#msg44873907 (page 10, post #195) Antearth posted https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45327428#msg45327428 (page 38, post #746) but compare: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45021885#msg45021885 (page 19, post #374) IcECUBE14 posted https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45342381#msg45342381 (page 38, post #758) but compare: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45029367#msg45029367 (page 20, post #381) minreeme posted https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45201867#msg45201867 (page 30, post #597) but compare: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931157.msg45101395#msg45101395 (page 24, post #464) i've included the above info in my self-published book called Altcoin Investigation 2019-11, except that i've anonymized the account names.

i notice that your website, after the rebranding from IDAP to Bitfex, is https://bitfex.com/. However, there is what appears to be another exchange, named Bitfex.trade, at https://bitfex.trade/en/. I take it that there is no overlap between the teams behind these exchanges? there is a review of bitfex.trade at https://www.cointelligence.com/exchanges_list/bitfex/ ; however the term "BitFex Exchange" is used throughout the article. Unless one was already familiar with your logo (which is the word "BitFex" in an interesting font) and with their logo (which is the word "BitFex" in a different interesting font), one might be confused as to which exchange was being reviewed. The logos also appear at roughly the same size and at the same location of both of the home pages

so btx finally gone after so much fans madness i was named crazy, few month ago while leaving, donno how will i be called today its just another simple experience for kiddos, there is a reason why BTC is the King, and others are shitcoins It was so obvious from the mid 2018. Waiting for delisting from everywhere. I think they are still alive. I see three news articles on their web page from September 2019. (from 9-13, 9-18, and 9-20). https://bitcore.cc/news-2/You are right. Last news show works. Do you hodl BTX too? yes - still hodling. At this point the difference between the amount i would gain by selling and "nothing" is some small value epsilon, which does not exceed the time value spent in actually going to an exchange and going through the motions but for me, it's ok, i knew that was possible going in. i view it as a lottery ticket. the chance is very small at this point that the team can convince people to suddenly start using the network and buying the coin, but if it happens, then it will be worth it. who knows.

hi there. i've analyzed this forum and have identified 40 accounts which I believe may be fake accounts. all of them duplicate other posts word-for-word, and the ones prefixed with asterisks duplicate constitute 12.64% of all of the posts in this forum which precede this one. some sites such as coingecko use the total number of posts to indicate the popularity of a coin - for example, see here : Investigation 2019-09, except that i've anonymized the account names. If you appreciate the above and would like to get more info about this and other coins, feel free to buy my book by going here: http://altcoininvestigation.com?utm_source=bitcointalk&utm_medium=TAN and clicking on the download link. Hi ivrynx. I know this guy randomfrenchguy, he uses different profiles of newbies and creates spam in topics with the aim of blackmailing the creators of topics I reported it to the forum administrators
Hello, DayXDT. Don't worry about spam and blackmailing. Similar posts are present in most topics.DayXDT - do you have evidence of randomfrenchguy creating spam with the aim of blackmailing the creators of topics? If so I would love to know about it. If I could automate detection of newbie accounts with posts making scam accusations in topics and detect correlations among particular accounts, that would be quite useful for my book. It could help with sifting out accusations of scams with ulterior motives from genuine concerns about fraud. Randomfrenchguy - do you have evidence suggesting a scam (not just suspicions) which is getting deleted over & over, as you claim in the previous message? If so I would love to know about it. It might help me further automate detection of suspicious activity and help with sifting out accusations made against whistleblowers for the purpose of silencing them from genuine concerns about blackmail or people who post because they have an axe to grind. Both of you can get a hold of me by going to http://altcoininvestigation.com?utm_source=bitcointalk&utm_medium=STREAM, clicking on the download link at the top of the page and then navigating to "contact the author" at the download destination. thanks!
