If the maximum cap is reached before the investment end date, the investment stage is closed and no more funds will be accepted. After investment dates close, investment evaluation happens: If the minimum cap is not reached, funds are returned to investors with no trader commission charged. If the minimal cap is reached, trader may begin trading operations at the trading start date. Some terms in management agreement are automatically enforced by the platform. For example “Cash in if portfolio drawback becomes greater than 10%” |
