A very serious couch who's committed to his job should be able to know and identify the players and where they are very good at and also their deficient after spending at least three months training with a squad. Pottechino has been making same mistakes for several times without learning from those mistakes. He stay seated and relaxed without being on touch line to communicate and motive these players even when things are getting wrong. It's a sign of unseriousness and incompetent. I never let my hate and dislike for Chelsea cross to players who are also sound and talented. Thiago Silva was one of these names that played for Chelsea and I have always loved him play. If Rajasthan Royals win today's match then the playoffs will be pretty much assured. However, if Sunrisers Hyderabad win today's match, their chances of reaching the playoffs will remain. But so far Sunrisers Hyderabad have very little chance of winning due to the playing conditions. If Sunrisers Hyderabad score below 200 runs today, it will be very difficult to win.
 Hyderabad started their innings very badly today. At the end of 6 overs of the powerplay, Sunrisers Hyderabad could only score 37 runs, losing two wickets. Bayern Munich really wasted lots of chances that if converted, it would have put them on advantage in the second leg but this result is not too for either club and the second leg will be the deciding at Santiago Bernabeu.
Yap, My prediction was correct, they ended in a draw. Madrid is pretty good to be able to get this result. They have the advantage in the 2nd leg because they play at the Bernabeu. So it is very likely that Madrid will qualify for the Final. Munich can probably learn like Madrid, they can draw in England and force a penalty game. But my favourite win is Real Madrid. Because they did a really good job and were always closing down players of Bayern Munich whenever they approached the final third of the field. The Real Madrid goalkeeper was also pretty good. The first goal that Real Madrid actually conceded might have been the fault of the goalkeeper actually. I think he should not have been beaten on the near post. But at the same time, Sané was given a lot of space and time as well. Anyway, the second leg is going to be played in the home round of Real Madrid. I expect Real Madrid to win the second leg and approach the final of the Champions League competition. |

So it is not a bad idea for them to actually try to keep him in the squad. It is definitely going to be very hard for them to actually replace him. He is getting old it's true. But right now he is not that old. He is 31 years old right now. That is not too much in my opinion. At least if he is being able to give a good contribution to the team, he should still be a part of the team. I am not saying he is going to perform like Luca Modrić and suddenly peak in his 30s. His pace has definitely deteriorated a little. But if they are unable to find a good replacement for him, and if they think that they still need him, I think there is no reason for them to make him go out of the club when they do not have a replacement ready. |

What's happening with Mayank Yadav? He suddenly seems to have lost his pace and accuracy. In today's match he went for almost 10 runs per over. It's not that bad, but given the circumstances it was very poor. Mumbai Indians were 27/4 and some wayward bowling from the part of Lucknow Super Giants enabled them to reach a very decent total. Tim David did an amazing job towards the end, and before that it was Nehal Wadhera who set up the preparatory work.
 Mumbai team managed to collect 144 runs till the end. The way Mumbai started their innings, I thought the team would give a smaller target. My expectations from the Mumbai team were very high in today's match. I thought Mumbai would perform well today. So I bet on Mumbai to win. But Mumbai batsmen disappointed me again today. Despite having such a talented and experienced squad, the team has consistently underperformed. Giving a target of 145 runs is very difficult to win on this pitch. Moreover, Mumbai's bowling order is weak. Apart from Jasprit Bhumrah, none of the bowlers in the squad are performing well. The team depends on Bumrah's performance. If the Mumbai bowlers bowl badly today like in the previous matches then the Mumbai Indians team will be defeated by a big margin today. |

But the bigger problem that I think they are facing right now or they are probably creating for themselves is trying to coach who has not proven to be good in the English Premier League. Thomas Tuchel is not a good coach. Even though Zidane has actually shown interest in managing Manchester United, I do not understand why they are actually talking with Tuchel about the managerial position of Manchester United. At this point, I think unless the owner of Manchester United changes, nothing is actually going to change. |

 Mumbai Indians vs LSG match today looks to be very competitive. The performance of both Mumbai and Lucknow is very erratic. But both have strong squads. It cannot be said for sure which team will win. But I would probably bet on Mumbai to win this match. LSG team has won 5 out of 9 matches, losing last match against Rajasthan Royals. On the other hand Mumbai Indians team has managed to win only 3 matches out of 9 matches. Mumbai have lost their last two matches against Rajasthan and Delhi. However, the team won against Punjab earlier. The main reason for Mumbai's erratic and poor performance is their weak bowling attack. The bad performance of the bowlers is why this team is so far behind, except Bumrah, no other bowler in the squad is doing well. If the bowlers can bowl with some control then it will be easier for Mumbai to win against LSG. |
