Liverpool played very well in this match. And I would say they deserved the three  points. But Liverpool were unlucky not to score a single goal. When a team has all 10 players  playing the role of defender, it is much more difficult to win against them or score goals. Manchester United's only goal against Liverpool was to draw the match. Girona beat Barcelona last week and surprised everyone. I think it's a great achievement to beat Brcelona 4-2 away. They got a good result from a very tough test. On the other hand, Alaves are one of the weakest teams in the league. Also, they have had very inconsistent results in recent weeks. I expect Girona to get a comfortable win tonight. Real Madrid won this week and moved to the top of the league. But I think Girona are very close to taking it back.

I don’t wish for the final to come too early as it happened last season when the match between Real Madrid and Manchester City was played at the semifinals matchup. It was very obvious that any team that won between those two in the semifinals will be the champions league winners and that was what happened after Manchester City eliminated Real Madrid from the semifinal. I can’t say for now which league teams will make it to the final just yet. The elimination stage draws will decide more on which team would make it far in this competition before getting to the final stage of the competition.

@Leviathan.007 I believe that they’ll sort it out for the sake of Argentina because they’re professionals and they know that they need to be united if they’re to succeed in the near future. Furthermore in case this doesn’t get sorted then I feel that they should back Scaloni and allow him to build a new Argentina side that’s no longer dependent on Messi.

Lens struggled to get a win in the first 5 weeks, but they managed to pick themselves up and they haven't lost in the league for 11 weeks, a statistic that reminds me of last season again.Lens will continue on their way in the Europa League even if they are eliminated from the Champions League group.The opponents they will face here are easier and more competitive teams for them, so they can focus a little more on the league. Lens, who are currently 5th in the league, will at least want to finish in the top 3 of the league.The next week they will go to Nice, one of the form teams of the league, and this will be a very important match for them.The next week they will play PSG, so the better these 2 weeks go for them, the better their chances of finishing the league in a better place.
