Why is monero most decentralized?

In blockchain attempts to hack will be an issue forever. It has happened and will happen again in different ways and with different targets.

Whomever said verge will go to 100$, was probably 12 year old kid. Best case scenario it wouldn't go over 1 to 3$ in the next year, unless huge amounts of money goes into crypto.

It has indeed pumped and dumped in the last few months, which is a very good thing for many who buy and sell at the right moments. Overall it has gone up huge in its run ( ath was about x50.000 lol which is crazy ). In any case and time frame you look at verge and  Considering other coins, it is still pretty stable despite the crises.
Deeponion despite being a very good project, has seen its price plummet. If you bought at all time high you have almost lost all your assets  ( on paper ) I'm sure when market trend is up, deeponion will go up, but for the people who bought few months back it must be very painful....
Btw i have verge, a bit deeponion and i had monero. Am not a fan of any coin, for me it is investment and i just support the idea behind crypto....not a project per se. I believe the crypto space will cange dramatically to the extent that will surprise all of us!

Personally i think verge has some things going for itself.
1- tech is as good as any other coin if not better. But i wish somebody with more knowedge could compare these on a more detailed level
2- dev team is active, there is developement and they are trying to market it ( one example is the announce partnership, hopefully with some financial services institution as far as rumors go )
3- The amount of total supply makes it more elligible to become a currency for day to day payments.

Only con for the coin i see ( compared to some others ) is that the amount of transaction is not private. Not sure if that matters to anybody, as long as the transaction can not be traced to a source. But maybe it would be better if they could hide that too.....?

Sorry for your loss, but the lead dev fixed it almost immediately and as you should know he is active on this forum and  he announced it himself. Even more admirable, he even comes to warn the verge investors for possible scamms done in name of verge or bad exchanges.

We will see about the announcement, the verge devs have not lied untill now, so i expect the announcement to be done on time. We all know what drama was created the last time he was late a few hours with his announcement   come on it was new years eve, can't the dude have a glass of champagne before getting back behind his pc lol

Which privacy currency do you think is the best and why?

Explaining why you choose one over the others, will help others understand the purpose en possibilities of privacy coins better. Please no hostilities and childish remarks about other coins. All the top coins in this segment are well made, but differ in some aspects. Let us learn from eachother and not bash other projects just for personal gain.

I'm no expert and my choices may be flawed in some cases, forgive my ignorance if you think one project, doesn't belong in this poll or when i have not mentioned a project which deserves to be listed.

If you had bought verge in this period you could have trippled your money lol

They are going to announce a partnership 17th april, they say it is the biggest deal in crypto ever.

But again if anybody knew for sure, they would sell their house and buy in lol
In the good times this is more reaistic, but now we are in a situation that huge gains and huge losses are not very likely in most cases.

verge did x2-x3 recently and some time ago oyster did x5 and dropped again . It is very unpredictable

Let's see the facts
1 trump has made america into a international joke. us has lost it's influence and russia has become the big winner in international affaires.
  a- conferences are held and the outcomes of those are imposed to usa    example: russia iran and turkey hold talks and decide what to do in syria. us is not invited nor cosulted......us has no choice but to live with the agreement reached by these countries ....this was impossible untill trump
  b- world leaders talk about trump like  a boy whom can be manipulated by flattering lol
  c- trump tries to bully and gets bullied back  ( china )
  d- europe doesn't go along with american decision anymore and even don't take us serious

 We could go on and on, unless he begins a war or doesn't get re-elected....anyway damage done to us is so huge, i can't believe this happened so soon.
America ruled the world, now they only have the power, but having trump as president , us is just a powerhouse with decreasing actual power.

Many politicians now actually openly say fuck us and their opinion about world affairs......this is huge

Btw i'm not a fan of obama, he just did not have what it took. In his defence, in his position what it would take to be successful was almost impossible for anybody else to accomplish

There is no way to analyse charts in crypto. It its all bogus lol

But, when everybody buys a rumor that says: coin x will go to the "moon" and start buying , that rumor which was based on nothing, will be reality. You can just hope we get a hype for the whole market or just the coins you have invested in.

verge got attacked the last days  after announcing their new plans, fixed the attack and is up x3 in few weeks ......that's what you need .....hope of profit. ( big news, new partnership etc )

Bitcoin became that big after hype....not its real value.  It's only value is the hype around it...couldn't buy coffee with your 20000$ bitcoin in your fancy wallet  lol

When the whole market is down, it is already amazing that verge gets up once in a while, trying to get back on track lol

We can't expect it to get back where it was, when all coins keep falling.......don't get me wrong i still hope it goes to 2$ lol

Some of the promising coins have fallen so bad, i can't believe it. some are down to 3-4% of their all time highs. Verge is now 30-35% of its highest peaks ....

1- What is wrong with people coming up with this bullshit
2- muslims are not one group of people adhering to the same rules, there are 1000's of mulims groups, there is no central person or group making these decisions "fatwa"lol
3- mohammad didn't know about bitcoin if he did he would probably own a big chunk lol

14-15 year old kids have invested money in it where i live and in other places i know of...
A few weeks/ months ago, I warned them but they were sure of their huge profits in the next months.

This "new way"will become mainstream in some form....how things will work out is anybodies guess

Personally bought in a few dips ...well at least i thought they were the dips and things couldn't go lower, but they did.

There is a silent war going on, governments and news agencies are scaring people.
They begin with ban of crypto, and then say they want to keep criminals out of the market and regulate the market. What sticks to peoples mind is the word "BANNNN". This is not coincidence, it is planned by governments etc

Crypto is supposed to be the "enemy"of governments, that is its nature and the community should emphesize that. It is not just a investment opportunity ...it is an ideology. Keep the goverments in the dark about our lives.

So people should support this ideology/ idea and not just the profit from this vision of future................

It had a phenomenal run this coin...

There are many with good future, personally i think there are a few different coins, all have their place.
Coins with security and privacy in mind are the core of crypto and as such those will get a big portion of the shares.
Monero, verge and some others. One or two of these may someday become mainstream....or some new coin will be the dominant currency. It is too early to know.

Ripple is pretty stable investment, unless in a bliidbath which we'll have once in a while.
In good times and with support ripple should be able to reach up again, but you just can't count on it

In crypto you really can't predict much, if we could everybody would be loaded.
You study a bit, you follow others and pray and wait
