Ok, so I finally understand it but it really isn't a loop hole. The seller can see that it is not his Bitcoin release address on the transaction page so he won't send the product at all. So you would end up paying 1% to get your money back.

Please elaborate on that.

I think you got it wrong FOCA

First of all you don't put any wallets anywhere, you just enter addresses. Second of all when you pay the 1% fee the money is released to the receiver.

Site is back up again. It had some internet connection problems because of a storm.

It's unbelievable how fast the value of bitcoins is rising.

After about half a dosen tries I did manage to get them to submit bitcoins to me. So, it might not be a scam, just a poorly coded site.

I'm glad to see that bitcoin is spreading in such diverse markets.
