I would suggest that you start moving your coins to a location that you can
get access to fast, you will have plenty of time to transfer your coins to BTCPOOL.EXCHANGE
if you have an account on the exchange
goto MY Account / Balances / select 10k or Snowballs / deposits / click on Get New Deposit Address
use that address for transferring your coins to your account
any other coins that you have on the exchange will not be transferred to the new exchange
this is only for 10k / Snowballs

No you need to have an account on BTCPOOL first you will need to transfer your coins to BTCPOOL for them to be converted and transferred to the new exchange. Spots said to me, that i can send my balls and 10k directly from my wallet to GorillaEx!? That's what i read as well. I just want to make sure that if I buy some 10k I don't somehow miss the boat! if you buy them on btcpool.exchange Leave them there we will do the work for you. |

is the exchange site down? i get an error when i click the link  do you mean https://btcpool.exchangeYeah I can't access balls market,maybe they fixing it sent them a message as well..I found over 5 million balls in my Hubby's POLO account LOL just sent them home to stake..started with 5 million balls and now got 33 million it's nice..so what will happen exactly at block 360k? Exchange is fixed We deployed a lot of new code today And the market sort update did not want to play so that part was rolled back. We welcome any feedback as this your exchange as well Thanks Paul |

So you guys know, The support staff at BTCPool.Exchange recovered my 49mil 10k and returned it to my wallet. I had accidentally sent 49M instead of 4.9m. Anyway, the support staff there was very fast, helpful and resolved the issue within 24hrs. Thank you! A reminder, Do Not Send transactions bigger than 10m of any coin at one time or there will be a good chance of them getting stuck  Glad to help you goys out on the exchange We still have a few tickets to sort out with withdraws for this coin but its all good. |
