is there a way to erase gambling fully from our life?? its give me more headache than happy..usually because of bad result..
i don't think we can fully erased gambling in our lives. its already part of some people's life, but we can avoid it.if you think gambling just cause problem to your life , just stay away from it. and also avoid this section if possible  we definitely can't completely avoid it but you can hope to play responsibly. actually that's what i am trying to do, to completely avoid gambling but its hard so i just decided to still gamble. this time i have to control my self from being too much greedy and i have to gamble moderately  |

Any time i go gambling, i only play and withdrawn until i got x2 or alittle bit more around x2.5 from my bankroll and then i stop .. Its a must for me, no matter any kind of gambling i will stop when i hit on x2
