Why do you say this coin is PoW if its 100% premined? Is that normal to say? For me it looks weird and would like an explanation if possible.

While I like the idea behind this project I have few suggestions to make it easier for both you and potential investors. When you click on team on your website it opens in new tab which is unconvenient. Also please include LinkedIn links to your teammembers.

I think both. Speed and decentralization with nodes system which is basically compromise between the two. Similar to NEO, Vechain. Or coins that are combination of dag and blockchain.

While I think iota will become very good coin to have in your posession I don't think its time is near. It already mooned once and marketcap is too big. Depends on what whole market does. Its great 3+ years investment.

I feel like you are doing just fine in terms of diversifying, whilst I personally not put as much into LTC, but it looks like it will get used in everyday life so it is questionable.

Right now there are so many good icos. TomoChain for an example is one of those that you feel comfy being in. Not an ico but worth mentioning is matrixchain. You will see in a month and half.
