I also have issues withdrawing XMR. Support replied 10 days ago to reassure me that they are going to fix it. Nothing happened yet...

Just to let you know Monero withdrawal doesn't work for me (tried it yesterday and today): "Something went wrong, hot wallet may be empty please be patient or contact us via email in the FAQ section."
