Well this is pretty much to be expected these days.

Its not only these bitcoin casinos, its pretty much any exchange or bitcoin related service.

They got a huge inrush of customers, and not enough support staff. On top of that they got server which can only withstand maybe 25% of the current loads and everything is sitting at a standstill.

How's that signature campaign going? hahahaha. So obvious

??

It really does highlight the fact that a lot of the Bitcoin economy is still in the 'early adoption' phase and there's still a huge reliance on trust-based relationships. People will be panicked and intimidated by the lack of transparency and rapid support in these periods of down-time... but I'm sure it's going to be fine.

I definitely understand that they have been busy with bigger issues... but I still haven't heard back from Safedice or thesourc3, in spite of multiple messages and emails regarding my inability to login.

I figure they'll get to it eventually... luckily I didn't lock up a massive amount of money on their platform, but it does represent a loose end I'm hoping to resolve soon.

Yes we are back up again. I'm sorry that this happened right after the last maintenance. It appears that one of our server network went down, it's been fixed now, all features are up and I'll be monitoring for a while.

I also just looked up the address where I would send BTC for betting.   that address is showing that the money was taken out.  Why would that be?  Does he move to cold storage or something?
Yes, that is how all sites operate Smiley They either send it to cold wallet or use the funds for a withdrawal. In the end balance on site is just a database entry on site.

Hi SafeDice,
do you have any updates about BitcoinGold?

If you read back a few pages they said they will honor it pending a stable blockchain and no issues such as replay attacks. So they should distribute it to everybody.

I think if you want more info you should just go to their blog

http://blog.safedice.com/

Which is full of information about the Bitcoin Gold fork.

I just sent an email to support@safedice.com  to have my password reset.

I posted back in June 9th about losing close to $1,000 when I got locked out of my acccount. I didn't have 2FA enabled and I had  used similar paswords on other sites. I think he saw my username making big bets and looked up leaked passwords and usernames and changed my password. but if by some miracle i lost my password reset would be nice. The 1k would be worth like 5-6k now i think

It took Sam about a week to get back to me after several attempts... I think mostly because of all this BCH and wallet drama. But he definitely responded and helped me get back into my account. I'm sure you'll hear back soon.

Hello Friends,

First of all Hare Krishna to everyone.

I am posting this just to make a proof of my winning roll while betting BCH on www.safedice.com.

I just won 92.37 BCH with BetID 31108492. I tried to withdraw the funds but it only allowed me to withdraw 5 BCH.

I have send an email to safedice support to allow me to withdraw all my winning funds, and I hope they will transfer that amount.

Attached are some of the screenshot of my profile/Balance and winning roll. Will update you guys about the reply from support.

Wow, pretty nice win. You sent my investments straight to negative numbers ... congrats (and I hate you  Cheesy).

I dont think you have to worry about, such huge winnigs are quite rare and hot wallets are not used to such load. Just be patient.
