Is this just a P&D or is someone developing the coin again? Price is climbing quite a bit over the last several hours.

As mentioned above, importing from the seed worked for me.

Wow, xtraelv is pulling quite the stunt. Honestly, how is behavior like that allowed? On a slightly different topic, my MoneroV blockchain sync got much faster somehow. The sync progress suddenly went up by 4% last night. Now I have 1540448/1570171 blocks. That's 98%, which is really something when I've been stuck at 93-94% for the last two days. Blazin, if you stop the daemon and restart, it will probably connect to some different peers who may have more of the chain downloaded. It took me like 4 days to sync the first time, but my balance was wrong. I deleted the db file, re-imported my wallet a different way, and then re-synced (with different peers), and it only took a day the second time.

Unfortunately, after testing, it will only make about $.90 per day per 1080ti. Way more profitable to just mine zCash, ETH, or just about anything else.

Obviously this guy has an ulterior motive for coming in here and using large fonts to try and scare users away from MoneroV. Obviously, everyone should be careful and if you did any research at all about forks before investing in this one, you would already know to transfer your Monero out of your wallet before using your keys to access your MoneroV. The MoneroV website itself advises you to do this...although I doubt that the fool posting this garbage would take the time to read the MoneroV website. This is the first fork I have ever participated in. After some reading, I bought Monero with a new un-used wallet for privacy reasons, and then sold my Monero before I even downloaded the MoneroV wallet, so I had no risk at all...easy.

Hi! The second week I don't get airdrop. Please check. My rank of Jr. Member, fulfill all the requirements, on the forum more than 3 posts every day.
Hello Vincent...you're a little late to the party. The airdrop was like two months ago. The devs abandoned this project over a month ago. Why would you even be working to get the airdrop at current prices? 5 RACE is worth about $0.01. It cost you that much in electricity to make the post asking about it...

When I first loaded the wallet, I told it to use an existing wallet and pointed it at my Monero wallet folder. This resulted in a 1:1 balance showing up. I then moved my wallet, and it asked again if I wanted to import a wallet, and I chose to import my wallet via my keys. Once I typed in the pw, it re-scanned the chain and I now have 10x the coins like I am supposed to.

dev,wallet sync very slow.
Yeah, everyone is having to sync from scratch off of the limited number of wallets that the dev had synced. They should have created a bootstrap and posted it on a file sharing site to help get everyone started. I don't blame them, I would be more worried if their team was more familiar with forks...lol. When a dev tells me they have "done this a hundred times", I tend to take my money elsewhere.

So how is this going ? Anyone lost his XMR by sending his wallet keys to this ? I'm not a cheerleader for XMV, but it says on the website to transfer your Monero to another wallet after the fork so that you aren't risking your XMR when you import your keys to the XMV wallet. If they were trying to steal your XMR, I seriously doubt they would suggest that.

Yeah, and it looks like the daily volume for the other two exchanges is only like 0.001 BTC each.

RACE has been delisted from Stocks.Exchange as of today...hopefully the other two exchanges don't delist soon. We only have two weeks to withdraw our coins. I still have a couple masternodes as well but obviously they are worthless if I cant sell the coins. I just don't want to be surprised and left holding coins that cant be sold. I already have to transfer my coins from SE to one of the other exchanges now so probably just gonna sell those coins. https://stocks.exchange/trade/RACE/BTChttps://twitter.com/StocksExchangeR

The most recent devs that said they were taking over were actually offering a coin swap. The bad thing is that they want RACE that can be sold on an exchange, and are giving you another new coin with no exchanges. There is nothing to keep them from creating a clone coin real quick and just selling everyone's RACE when you give them your coins for the swap, and then walking away as a quick exit scam. They don't even have to invest in an exchange to sell the coins.
Now I am not saying that is what they are doing, I am just pointing out the risks of a coin swap like this.

Thanks for your quick response, but it's extremely strange, my friend! Premined coins will (mostly, for what I have seen so far) be premined in the genesis block. I don't want to fall into arguments with you, but honestly it is strange if premined didn't not made in the genesis block.
I understand what you're saying, but think about it like this. How could they mine 150k coins in the first day of launch when there are only 8 coins created with each block? After some digging, you were correct about the genesis block though. Here is the link where they transferred the coins out of the genesis block: http://explorer.racecurrency.com/address/RCijsTwoFjRKx6ryPKLb844a3EhWSppX96

Look at the originating wallets and you can follow them all the way back to the genesis block on Feb 1st...the day of launch.

I don't think there's a need to put your coins to stake in a pool for pure. Pure has been one of the easiest coins to stake no matter what amount you have. I had 400 coins and I was staking good amounts, not daily but the more I earned the faster I was staking so I never needed to use a pool to stake.
Yeah I understand, I use it so that I don't have to leave my PC powered on all the time as well as the fact that I will soon be making more in referrals each day than off of my mining rig.

It looks like masternodes aren't even able to pay for the VPS fees anymore? I think everyone is beginning to realize this and are trying to sell before the price goes to nothing...the price is falling hard now.

DISCORD ANNOUNCEMENTS
@everyone Here is the current plan for the upcoming swap coin. This is subject to change slightly, but this is what is ironed out.
Supply = ~90 Million (3x current), MN collateral 3000, Swap is 1 Race : 3 New Coin, Block reward is 24, Premine will be ~3.3 million to swap. We will have a system set up to help avoid the original dev from swapping and the remaining premine will be burned. The premine burn may not happen and may be used to pay for listings if current exchanges do not allow for a free update. A budget, % of each block, will begin after a specified period of time to help fund future development. There is no ETA yet, but we will update as we can. Currently there are 4 members working on this. We welcome anyone that is interested in helping.
So, I'm guessing since this is a swap that the new coin wont exist on the current blockchain? So we would be giving you a coin with a value that is listed on an exchange (that can be sold) for a coin that isn't on any exchanges? If so, what would stop you from getting all of our RACE coins and just selling them on an exchange leaving us with your new coin with no exchange? I think I will just sell my remaining RACE coins and buy your new coin if it takes off.

Guys is there going to be a fork? I own this coin but I don't know what to do with it
I haven't heard of any forks for RACE. There is a fork coming up for Monero in a couple days though if anyone is interested. Since the price of RACE, ABS, ARGO, and several of my other altcoins that I have keep dropping, I sold most of them and bought some of the top coins like Monero, ETH, DASH, and of course BTC since they are beginning to increase in value again.
