Don't expect the price of any tokens going up when Bitcoin in bear market and even its product being released. What we can see that the strong supports at 500 sat on the prices of ATL for couple of months that's show great signal to put your money into.

Be aware of this scam project which the name of it is the same with ATL. In fact ATL's ico had been done a year ago and its being listed on several exchanges.

There are too much fake volume on Exrate exchanges.
If you want to buy or sell ATL just do it on Okex. I personally prefer it to trade among exchanges which ATL being listed on.
