We cannot really say that it will reach the hardcap or not. You are correct that some of the investors buy on the last minute. If we will base our prediction on the current figures, that will be hard for the project to reach hardcap but if ever there's a big investor comes, then the future of the ATLANTICO PROJECT will be different.
