The thing about the crypto space is that even a shitcoin gets pumped to 400% on a daily basis. And most times you see all this solid projects maintaining a slow rise in price or some keeps moving sideways and nothing new really happens to their price movement.

I believe everyone should be given a fair chance to participate and support projects they like. Being a newbie doesn't make a difference all there is to it is that one can a little bit late to the bitcointalk.org party. In cases where accounts are flagged red, such account should be banned from bounty participation.

You can't blame yourself forever. Now look at it from this angle: What if you never sold and it dropped to $5 what would have happened? Also you just have to learn from your experience and work on being patient with every of your trade. Set your trade targets be it take profit or stop loss and stick with it. Don't regret nothing.

I think what would work most is this. Once an account keeps being used for shit posting or fraudulent activities, such account should be tagged and warned and if such act persists, such account should be banned. If this measure is followed, I know most persons with the fear of being banned will work on their post quality. Limiting number of posts account can make in a day doesn't stop shit posting as someone might use up their post slot for the day solely just for shit posting.

Merit points were given to every one automatically by the system. Starting from members rank to legendary. And I think it was stated clearly that once anyone exhaust their merit points, they would be left with nothing else to gift. Maybe you fell into this category and have ran out of merit points.
|
|
|
This would not work. If users are asked to pay before making posts, some persons who have been impacting positively on the forum might feel otherwise and stop contributing to the forums growth. If memory serves me well, not everyone here does signature bounty campaign as signature campaign presently is bringing all this chaos to the forum. Maybe there should be another means to stabilise and filter the forum not this fee approach.

Just forward the evidence to the moderators pm. I'm sure necessary actions will be taken on then for violating the forum rules. Such isn't allowed here.

This was just your own means of farming for merit. I'm here like how the hell did you get 50merits for saying nothing. Maybe you just exchanges merits between your account but you should have done that reasonably and in buts not just dump the whole merit once. Try and correct your caption as it doesn't go well with your write up.

Prices will definitely go up and who knows it might surpass the December trend and most coins might test new all time highs from there. There's no yardstick to determine how high prices will go but prices will definitely go up. Nothing stays down for ever.

What attracts me first is the technology, secondly the real life issues such project is trying to solve. Then I start researching on the development team then down to the community. All these contributes to my interest in any project.

It matters. A bounty campaigns should be managed by an older account as these accounts are conversant with the forum and crypto space at large. If a bounty is manged by a newbie, it's suspicious. And already people know these mangers and how projects they manage always turns out.

It's just simply market movement. Maybe the bear run is over and new money is entering or many people who stayed in tether are investing back into the market. Let's just hope it's not just some manipulation.

To an extent, bear market is good for emotions of the traders. During bear run, it gives everyone the opportunity to better see the volatile crypto market for what it really is. This period helps filter out the weak from the strong as the strong hodlers always win. The bear market transfer wealth from the weak to the strong.

There is already a punishment laid out by the admins for merit hodlers. Its been stated that after a while, all unused merit will be decayed into the system. So I think, that there wont be any point assigning another punishment to them. Lets just wait and see how the admins handles it.

The merit system is a fair one at stopping spam. But one can only get it through making meaningful posts and contribute positvely to the forum. There no other way to get merit and one can only rank up once they have required merit for each rank.

For me I prefer less participants. The less the participants, the more the earnings. But the more participants, the less the payments and it's tiring being paid below ones effort.

The green days are gradually coming back again. But the question in our minds should be how long will it last this time, will it be long or will it be short-lived? I just hope it lasts till at least late 3rd quarter or early 4th quarter.

The only time I experienced this, was when I posted what shouldn't have been a post. It got deleted and I was mailed as well. So check if your posts are actually relevant to the topic being discussed and if it's in the right forum.
