I take profits and I hodl the rest and constantly take profit from it. After each bounty I decide how many tokens I will be selling and how many I will reserve for future use. That's I split my bounty gains into two or more parts depending on the payout.

First it's based on the allocation which as given for the said bounties. This days some projects give very little allocation and with this location, there have been a huge influx of new bounty hunters and because bounty hunters are numerous, payouts are very low.

This is because people don't readily give out their merits. Some have used it for business or shared it among their friends which ever way. It's not easily given

There's nothing you can do bout it. I don't think there was really a place that condemned the selling of merits when merit system as first introduced. The only thing you can do is either join them or over look it.

Because someone is wearing a signature doesn't mean the person don't have something reasonable to contribute to the forum. Even most people that claim they are not wearing signatures still spam the forum.

Merit as not only the best thing that happened to me users, it spread its goodness down to even old members whose post quality has been really bad and full f scam. It has so far helped to correct this issue of low post quality and everyone now looks out to becoming better posters.

It will be a great development adding all this features you mentioned. It will go a long way to make the forum easier to use and more fun as well. Let's see how it plays well in the new version.

There's no point trying to be a racist. No one chose where they came from and with regards to that you should treat every first as humans because that's what we solely are irrespective of our locations. People from this areas you feel should be banned are also good with other things aside English. After all it's not their first language why hate on them. English is your native language, does it make you any more human?

This is a very detailed analysis of the inner workings of the merit system. It's a reward system for quality posts. It's actually worth it when one is rewarded for their effort to make an impact in a community where one belongs.

How you can Manger Loss is by averaging down. Averaging down means you keep roping your bag at any point in time the project dips. Also another strategy is to invest what you can afford to lose so that even when it starts going down you won't think of it much.

It's not advisable to quit your job. Stay at your job, make money first from bounties then invest it in something else that will be yielding more profits to you. What if we you quit your job and bounties don't pay you enough to foot your bills?

The best strategy to follow is split your investment into two. Put in one during ico and use the second half to buy back on exchange. Most times, when listed some coins don't ever go back to ico price whereas some dump below ico price.

Most ratings might be wrong or might not go as planned. Some ICOs can be rated very high and yet at the end of the tokensale event, there won't be listed on any major exchange or they won't yield any profit.

This can be attributed to bot work or maybe the project owners want more advertising of their project in either way, I don't think a sane person can join an already closed bounty, knowing fully well that they won't be paid.
