If it is from the hack and someone is trying to launder the coins they could:
Give away first 1000 coins.
Observe fallout - police interest in recipient, recipients ability to sell coins etc.
If fallout is negligible then do the same again saying it will be a weekly thing but this time send to an address of their own that they have posted in amongst the ever increasing number of addresses.
Repeat in subsequent weeks.
I haven't posted an address by the way - seems wrong as it's other people's bitcoin that should be returned.

I think you may be right if that funds are confirmed to be stolen (but no one said that them are stolen) we can try to investigate and search in the btc blockchain and most important wait a msg from that 'rekcahxfb'.
So what, when it will be proved then people will delete their posts? I don't think it's fair. I think it really sux guys that you are doing it. It really sux. I would love to receive 1000 BTC but not from a scammer. Not from a damn scammer. |

I think it's better to wait and see what it will happen and who said that them are stolen btc, we don't know...
Even if founds are not really stolen a person who are giving them away told us that he's a BFXHacker. Even if he is a liar. You should not take a part in such a giveaway. it's like: -"I STOLE MONEY AND WANT TO SHARE!" -"Oh well, I don't believe you stole it so give it to me that's fine because I don't really think you are saying the truth... So many trusted members has posted their addresses. This is crazy ...
I don't think he is the bfx hacker, someone posted evidence that he could be TF (but we don't know if TF is related to the bfx hack). No matter what or who he is - people want to take a part in a stolen money giveaway. This really sux as long as I see so many known and trusted members posting their addresses. Maybe I may respect his skillz but I don't respect idiots. This isn't right. It's something like: -"Hey I want to give you stolen money!" -"AH! AMAZING! THANK YOU! Roslinpl have the best designs that i every seen on this forum.. Ask this guy for signature and in three hours he will send you good project for very cheap price.. ask him for good project and he will give you the best graphic for signature/banner/and many many.. that you ever seen!
