LTC has of late been falling quite drastically compared to earlier values ... even the hashrate went down earlier by 30-40% ... anyone has any explanation or reasoning for it ? I can't seem to figure it out (not that I have been able to in the past lol)
Also LTC/BTC ratio seems more skewed than ever.
it has been losing hashpower to DOGEcoin. Also lately, the profitability of mining LTC has gone lower drastically compared to other scrypt coins. so less followers less value.

I am assuming few people on the forums know his identity.. but they wont tell.
I'm thinking the same but then the theory that goes against it is that sure many "intelligence agencies" would have tried to get to the root of it thinking its the "other intelligence agencies" working in this . And in that process, they would have tapped/bugged all the main devs of bitcoin for sure to find out. But so far nothing concrete has come out on that front. I don't know maybe gavin, mike, maxwell know ... but then a proper "sweep" on these guys would/should have atleast revealed something .. unless unless its an intelligence agency who knew how to wipe their trails in the first place (obviously this operating under the assumption that some people know about his identity and are not revealing it.) PS: I think I need to cut down on crappy spy movies lol you are talking about the founder and senior devs of bitcoin. i think they are smart enough to wipe off any trails leading in or out, those they don"t want others to know as far as the question if this is obliged to provide our information to govt- they are not. they can always say they don't keep any logs. and if they are obliged, then they 'll have to co-operate only to govt of the country where the site's server is present or the country in which the computer containing the logs is present. there 'll be hell of a jurisdiction law issues

so i registered with unocoin today. what is this BAI donation? already the fee is high, and with this donation added it's 4%. If it is a donation, it must be voluntary not mandatory.
BAI = Bitcoin Alliance of India I do not think they represent the BTC community as a whole though , most certainly not from my perspective. In fact I found their first statement to be quite annoying. And yeah , donations **MUST NOT** be mandatory. This is what i have been saying for a very long time, they are not a part of the community they never took part in the community, and they have never looked to benefit the community. they are a Business coalition they will only answer to profit margins. Any one can register a non-profit and give it a name, does not mean they do good. Maybe we should listen to you. I'll stick to localbitcoins till bitquick.in picks some volume. Even the forum market place is a good option, and there is another marketplace on the IRC called #bitcoin-otc it does have good volumes there. uses the gribble bot. 'll sure check it. thanks
