https://www.dukascopy.bank/swiss/ a swiss bank that is crypto friendly and accepts customers worldwide on their app my experience with them so far: i installed thier app, they have chat in it lol, and you can win some prizes like 5€ per day and 100 € per week, there is video identification and you need passport/ID for that. there is some intrusive questions about your job but you don't need proof of address. now i am waiting for my account to be confirmed. On their website they say the plastic and virtual VISA cards will be available the 1st of December, dunno what to think of that. they want to create a network of people that can send/receive money easily, ambitious or not serious? dunno for now. for the incoming limits their site says it depends of your job/country of residence, i will keep you posted some other limits: The maximum credit balance on the cards should not exceed CHF/EUR/USD 10'000 at any time. limit on account balance: The size of the limit by default is set to USD 50'000 can be raised to 100.000 USD, for that you need to make a request and prove source of income. Seems a good bank for small/mid size portfolios that want to trade/cash out crypto to fiat and don't have crypto friendly bank in their country, they offer swiss IBANs too so another good point for them. It is a well established bank since 1998 in 2 continents so this looks good but i don't know much about their history. i don't like that their cards aren't available yet, will they really be available the 1st december? And that innovative way of banking with chat and stuff could be a success or a total failure so we can say that it is kinda risky to put your money in that bank.

Sent my docs like 2 days ago, but got nothing from them yet. Website looks dead. But who knows, maybe they are legit. So far, they don't inspire any trust. They are legit. Using both exchange and EUR wallet with decent amounts - so far so good. The only downside is exchange liquidity - it is quite low, but if they won't go bitwala's way with unreasonable KYC after every transaction, they will soon get good volumes for sure. They dont accept non EU citizens, i am from africa and they said our internal politics dont allow us to open you an euro wallet |

Hi, do you plan to have a mastercard ou VISA license for your cards? it would be nice to create an alternative ecosystem to fiat by having crypto only cards.
btw ecommerce with cryptos is the key to go mainstream with them, good luck for your project guys!

Well i guess it's time to see. I invested a little in this at the start, i am in the first 100 investors and today i received this:

le scénario de Chypre c'est un scénario catastrophe, y'a très peu de chance que ça arrive
Je me demande si les étrangers non résidents sont soumis à l’impôt sur les bénéfices cryptos parce qu'ils sont imposables sur une activité en France: un membre de ma famille non résident louait un appart à Paris et il devait payer des impôts sur la location de cet appart, ça c'est pour une activité en France tu me diras, la question est est ce que si je transfère mes bénéfices vers ce compte français c'est considéré comme une activité en France.
On est peut être aussi devant un vide juridique où il n'y a pas de lois pour les non résidents, faudrait voir ce que dit la loi française.
Peut-être que si tu utilises une plateforme d'échange française, comme Paymium, il faut effectivement se poser la question mais je n'y crois guère. L'immobilier c'est très particulier, c'est un piège à impôts puisque l'on ne peut rien délocaliser. Concernant Chypre, je ne suis pas de ton avis mais peu importe. Ce que je trouve étonnant c'est de conserver un compte en France alors que l'on est étranger et que l'on ne réside pas en France. Je trouve cela étonnant car les banques française sont préhistoriques et chères. Un conseil pour un pays qui a une législation plus souple envers les gains cryptos? idéalement non européen |

pour info j'utilise ce compte bancaire pour acheter mes cryptos et les convertir en fiat après.
Tu n'es évidemment pas imposable en France. Cela dit, c'est curieux d'avoir un compte en France sans y habiter et sans être français. C'est pas seulement curieux, c'est très dangereux. Quand l'Etat français fera main basse sur ton pognon, faudra pas te plaindre. Si je suis pas imposable pourquoi veux tu qu'on me prenne mon argent? |
