I don't use my ethereum for trading but maybe I use ethereum to sending the tokens that I have in my mew wallet to the exchange site. I hold my ethereum as my long-term investment because if I use my ethereum for trading, I am afraid that I cannot make any profit so I think it's better for me to hold ethereum only. besides that, if I want to use for invest in ICO, I don't have time to make a research and find the ICO so I decide to hold my ethereum only.

I would not advise you, invest your funds in only one project, I would divide your funds into several projects. You can consider projects like ETH, LTC, ADA, EOS, IOTA

Yes bitcoin is struggling and all altcoins as well. But this is how unpredictable the market really is. Loses are oftentimes made. If we can only help it. But any way don't panic just hold on. Times are not great but there will be times it will be the opposite. We just need more time for recovery.
