can anyone tell ,e what was the soft and hard cap of the project ?
Hard cap is 210,000,000 tokens. I don't think there's any soft cap, but the cap for pre-ICO is 60,000,000 tokens.

There's a lot of people rooting for XTL to succeed.  Keep working hard devs!

I've been using Stellite XTL and I really like it. The pools are great (everyone has a different one) and a few of my friends started mining too. Still getting familiar like checking logs etc and of course trying to squeeze even more out of the mining rig !

Keep up the good work devs. there's no one that has an interfaces that rocks like XTL !
Stellite's interface really is the nicest looking out of all crypto interfaces out there. Fingers crossed for the team!

No mention of 0X? I think they'll be a fantastic decentralised exchange once regulators step up their game

the goal is to wipe "regulators" and their conflicts of interests and others scams and the costs they generate, by passing them completely once the ruling platforms emerge.

The only shitty issue, is the money laundering and all those issues about terrorism... If you DEX who knows who is on the other side of the trade... and then they come... "you financed al-cia-da and end up in indefinite detention somewhere, maybe even in black site for the rest of your lives, while those having put you there will collect their checks and fuck their "wives".
This is actually a very important point. The only way to develop a DEX and stay safe is to be anonymous in the process.

Free !!!

I tried a lot of DEX, I think that a lot try to embedded their own cryptochain in the process which I find cumbersome, others need a website (lol to decentralized) and some are quite expansive (bisq).
How is Bisq expansive? It seems quite minimal from my point of view. I do agree with you on chain embedding, in my opinion it is simply unnecessary. If something doesn't need a chain, why make a chain?
Unfortunately, most projects only use blockchain to use it as a keyword in their marketing campaigns.

where are the other links? road map, facebook and tiwtter or telegram? and where the other information the team is working behind this project. if you launch a project you must make more complete details about your project.
They might seem currently do not have all of them you have said above. Just wait and see the improvement in the project.
This is the biggest problem I have with this project. I would otherwise invest, but I first need to speak to the actual team. Nonetheless, this project doesn't have Telegram, nor does it have a Discord or Slack. How are we supposed to get in contact?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][GNRG] Greenergy - Live the Green Way on: August 04, 2018, 11:06:39 AM
Now in Europe there is a strong heat. Very heavy load on the mains. But, there is no wind and wind generators do not work. There is a return to traditional, non-ecological sources of electricity, and in Antarctica recorded - 90 degrees Celsius. Perhaps, it is good to use solar panels, but they are very expensive.
The more activity and hype there is around solar panels, the more does the price fall.
I don't agree with you. It seems you do not understand the concept of scarcity. The best example is Bitmain and their ASIC miners. The more hype surrounding them, the faster they sell out, the higher the flipping price.

I see your project is still quite new and hope it will develope strongly in the future. If I have a chance, I will be a part of your community

I really hope they create a chat room so we can all participate in the project as one big community. I'd like to ask the people behind this project some questions 1:1, but there seems to be a lack of communication channels with this ICO.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POW][XTL] 👾Stellite👾 - decentralized node list via IPFS & ZeroNet on: August 04, 2018, 11:01:35 AM
What is your point? Stellite is not a business and marketing is kept to the bare minimum required to be listed on exchanges.
How is it not a business? It's a commercial product designed to be used as a currency by people that spend/invest money into it (either through mining or by purchasing coins on exchanges), with a dev premine that is worth 5+ BTC even at the current low exchange rate. Whether you treat it as a business or not doesn't change the fact that it is a business by definition.
We are developers building a project without any incentive to profit off of it. The premine is only being used for exchange listings and other services required for the network to function. This is not a business and never will be.
Hi there.
At least it seems that you put your face and the name on the line for your product. Or looking at your web site it appear so. Although you could be anyone... but that does not matter.

Anyway a little bit of marketing would not hurt even a Non-Profit as you aspire to be.
Maybe you should had premined a little more to have more cash for promoting your product through the right channels.

Correct me if I am wrong, if there is not awareness of your "product" existence, or there is a very limited one like it is the case now, there will hardly be much demand for your product and therefore a proper market. At the moment XTL market is alive by the skin of the teeth. And there are a gazillion of products out there that seems to promise all the same.
Let's say if the price of the coin goes down below mining profitability because of low demand, there will hardly be any incentive to spend resources or hardware.
No buyers, No miners, No network then nothing.

Then, if I may, try not to be so touchy when they break your balls with requests and clarifications.
You guys activity on forums like this one, should be a little like customers service: take it in the chin and then make it nice.  Wink

Look at BBS coin: lousy website, no marketing (well there is nothing to market there) and a bunch of jerks barely answering on their forum. Within few weeks they went in to no existence, there hardly is a buy order on any of their exchanges and probably now they are mining their network from their PCs.

Take care.
First of all, I wasn't touchy Cheesy
I understand what you mean, but our focus is the actual 'product'. If the product is good and works like intended, then the right user base will find it and use it. I do not agree with your statement about losing incentive with a falling price, because there will always exist hobby miners who don't necessarily care about the financial output they will receive. Remember the early bitcoin miners? Sometimes I do somewhat regret that we didn't make a larger premine, but nothing can be changed now, so why raise it up?
I strongly agree with you. Stellite should be viewed as a platform without any owner, where all participants are treated completely the same. Quality of the product should be more important than the marketing surrounding it.

Discord says the link has expired.
Are you sure you aren't already on 100 servers? It says that the link is expired if you are over the limit.

Great project. I've already bought some coins  Grin

It really is an amazing project. I cannot wait to see it in 2019 or 2020. It should become a top 100 altcoin on CoinMarketCap!

Free Public Nodes started!!!

According to roadmap, we started some public nodes.
Details - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2332011.msg23717891#msg23717891
Wow! really the right thing! The project is developing very quickly and it pleases!
Very nice project indeed! Cannot wait until more features are added. Soldo and Stellite are the kings of small CryptoNote coins!

I will let mine run all day to see if I am merely being impatient. Have a blessed day everyone Cheesy
Have fun! Make sure to join their Discord if any issues arise, the developers will be happy to assist you Wink

They are made for ICOs. Quality projects with a token sale usually collect hundreds of bitcoins in value at least. Who I feel sorry for are non-ICO projects which were made as hobbies or with an anti-ICO sentiment behind them. A good coin that deserves at least a Craptopia listing is definitely Stellite, but at this point, all we can do is pray. I do hope DEXs overtake the industry and force these greedy centralized exchanges into bankruptcy.
Nope - ICO listing price 2 BTC @ Shitbtc.
Wait, how? That's quite unfair in my opinion. ICOs make so much more money than coins and they get a lower price tag? That is just insane!
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POW][XTL] 👾Stellite👾 - decentralized node list via IPFS & ZeroNet on: March 15, 2018, 09:23:27 AM
When will be XTL added to Coinmarketcap?
They require the coin to have at least $100,000 in trading volume. As soon as that happens XTL will be listed.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POW][XTL] 👾Stellite👾 - decentralized node list via IPFS & ZeroNet on: March 14, 2018, 11:39:59 PM
No Windows wallet?

I use the windows GUI

new one will be released soon to fix.

Should the wallet be working now?
No, the wallet you have right now won't work. They will be releasing the patched wallet tonight.

Is it me or still cant see how much you have in your wallet?? I am still seeing 0 in my balance :/

Now I am only seeing 130XTL from what I have mined (over 10000XTL)
Use the wiki sometimes Wink

16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best erc20 token to hodl for long term on: March 14, 2018, 10:32:40 AM
I've been planning to hodl a token, but I have only limited fiat, I want to buy a token that is worth it for hodling in long term. May I humbly ask, What is the best erc20 token to hodl for long term?
of course the answer is EOS and Tron because both tokens are so potential that no one can shift their position on cmc.
They both seem like vapourware and do you know what happens to projects that amass huge amounts of money without a working implementation? They become lazy and unwilling to develop anything. Just look at Electroneum. They got millions of dollars in their ICO and still don't have a working product months later. Stellite managed to achieve what Electroneum is still working on without any ICO money and a small team.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best erc20 token to hodl for long term on: March 14, 2018, 09:20:50 AM
Definitely Golem. It is a decentralized supercomputer which will complete all of the tasks a tradition supercomputer does, but more efficiently and less costly.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]CureCoin - CURECOIN TEAM HAS TAKEN RANK 1 ON FOLDING@HOME!!! on: March 14, 2018, 09:10:23 AM
thanks, yep, I'm cognizant that one computer won't help to earn a lot   Wink
It's not about earning a lot. It's about finding a cure for diseases. The earnings are just a way to get rewarded for technological philanthropy the folder does to save the humanity.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SLD] Soldo - easy CPU mining / modified Cryptonote PoW / BlockChain Lottery on: March 14, 2018, 08:36:49 AM
Just curious, what are the listing fees at exchanges currently? I assume the lesser known ones should be a lot cheaper than the bigger ones like Bittrex or Poloniex?

Bittrex or Poloniex - have no idea
SHitbtc crazy - about 45 BTC
Craptopia - 25 BTC
Small - 1-5 BTC
...
yuongest and tiny - 0.05-0.15 BTC

Not adequate prices

This new exchange is a great news but probably kucoin will have the same problem cryptopia has.
This is the latest update: https://www.facebook.com/cryptopiaexchange/posts/1637871129594810

So the problem isn't with the exchange but with the wallet that cant cope with high volume transactions. If with bigger exchanges come more and more transactions this problem will only get worse if the team won't do anything about it.
This is a problem with all traditional CryptoNote coins as far as I understand. I heard Stellite also has this issue, but there's nothing that can be done without changing the hashing algorithm altogether Tongue
