Anyone have advice for working with the btc-e support services? I had .47 btc taken from my account one morning and all they do is send me logs of my logins, they won't respond to me through any other kinds of communication at all. It's really frustrating!
Anyone have any tips or advice for how to actually get some assistance from them?
I don't know that it'll help, but these are the two transactions that did it.

Any conclusion on this? I recently had the exact same issue, and they aren't doing much more than sending me logs of my logins.
They don't respond on skype either :/

Oh wow this is a good idea. I always thought it would be a waste buying a small amount, but if you're putting money in and it's always appreciating (hopefully) then it's better than a savings account! I may have to give this a try...
