I am still working on the iPhone app guys. Together with the IPad app.
I have some private problems to handle and want to fix a common mistake people don't get with these cryptocoins.
Because the app saves your address it can show your wallet worth in dollars and btc (euro added) and so on but when you send coins to exchange or someone the address changes always. Even if you didn't send all.
Does anyone know how to follow the new adress ? Because some testers were all upset after a change and thought their wallet is empty.
Apple doesnt support mobile coin apps, just to let you know, your effort is useless. They don't allow apps that lets you send and receive coins get your facts updated. The app I am making is not for that. We all know you cant get it on AppStore. Arend even then the dev of earthcoin wants to precede to making an wallet app for the jail broken community |

The testers will get the latest version of the ticker app tomorrow, after that its submitted to the App Store. People with feature requests what to put into the Ipad APP can send me a PM  |

Hello, I will add some information dealing with the last release of the iPhone app I am working on (it is also available for android or kindle). It is still in development, and I plan to have it finished and available on appstore by the end of january. Welcome screen : This screen allows to choose one of the accounts you have checked as favorite. It shows accounts numbers, current balance, and list of aliases. You can click on one account to open the welcome screen, to access to account functions. You have access on this page to the 'add new account' page, and the setup page. Add new account : you can enter here a new account number. You can also use QRCODE to scan a account number by clicking on the camera icon Setup page :you can change here your nxt node, and choose one of the templates  Once you have entered a valid account number, or selected one of your favorites, you enter into the account functions : Account information : you have here the account main information : account number, balances (current,effective and unconfirmed), and a clickable list of the aliases. You can open the URI (if any) linked to the alias. To add the account onto the welcome screen, you can check it here as a favorite Transactions : This screen shows the list of account transactions : amount,date,number of validations. By clicking on a transaction you open the transaction screen transaction screen :  This screen gives more information about the transaction : sender, recipient, amount, fee, and number of validations. By clicking on one of the account numbers, you can switch to this account (to add it as a favorite if you want) dgex volumes It shows the last offers made on dgex.com, to follow nxt value. To sum up, I've tried to keep it as simple as possible, and feedbacks of first users allow to improve it. New features are coming soon : - QRCODE to enter a transaction (because I would like to use the app for physical merchants) - send money (waiting for NXT API2, in order not to have to enter passphrase...) - messaging - NXT/BTC/EUR/$ charts - links to main nxt news - switchable nxt nodes - alias creation. - account links to adress book - more features asked by users... And then, I hope, it will be available on app store It may become open source if there is a strong net community interest. If you want to try it, you can PM your iPhone UDID, I will register your iPhone and send you a download link. For android, I can send a link to download the apk file. How's the iphone app coming along?? Can't wait to get my hands on that puppy.
Likewise Testers are using it and i am working on the feedback. Soon  I am also looking at an Ipad app that has the same functionality but also adds a news tab that come directly from the developers and community. If someone comes up with good idea's just PM me. I am waiting on the release of xploited Android Wallet app to dive in the code and make a wallet for iOS. Unfortunatly its only going to work on Jailbroken devices. And for the guys who were asking about the premine and bounty, i am getting more than enough . So the premine is good spent. For the people who are losing hope and so on, just think about the times you said: "if i started bitcoin in 2011 i would have made allot of money now." To be honest you probably wont because bitcoin has made some big crashes and if you had the same mentality like now you would also dumped back than. I am not trying to talk about if EAC is better than BTC or any of that, thats an opinion. I just want to point out that i had the same fear , i was the same in 2011. |

For those supporting the coin: If you bought 10,000 EAC at 400 and you now buy another 10,000 at 200 your position to 'break even' falls from 400 to 300 iyswim? So now in order to make a profit the coin would need to go above 300, not 400. It is a common strategy to buy in intervals as a coin heads down bring down your 'break even' point and also the point at which you make profit too. That strategy only works if the price rises up to meet your break even point at some time, otherwise you are just investing more money you will never get back. Foolish strategy in this case. That is an excellent way to lose everything . So you buy 10k at 400, then another 10k at 200, now your breakeven is 300. But now the coin is at 150, now do you buy a shitload more to try to catch the break-even bus? How far do you go with that strategy, will there ever come a time when it is better to abandon that method and liquidate, and try to recover something at least? LOL now i know for a fact you are desperate, you really act like a bitch who talks the talk but doesnt walk the walk. If you say you are leaving, just leave...do you have no honor ? I personally like the speed of the drop, it suggests passion on the downside and is usually indicative of a reversal. A general slow sloping downtrend means only one thing - no interest. Sharp drop means interest, just passionate negative interest, which interests me as a buyer and holder. Something to think about.  O wow! you can not be serious are you? So if you have a company and it gets listed on a stock exchange, you would rather it go into a freefall dive rather than a slow downtrend? Really? I can not believe people make what ever is happening to the price a good thing, maybe they are just trying to console themselves, you actually like how fast it is dropping, that is what you say. Wow just wow! I would rather price go up, a downtrend not so much, and a freefall in which the coin sheds 400% of its value from 500 as a terrible omen of the future. I doubt you will be ceo of any company soon if you believe a massive selloff freefall crash is better than a slow decline. See people, this is what I was saying, I was told I was stupid a couple of days ago for saying price going down is not good, and price rising is good, was told I was as stupid as a 16 year old. Really................. How many times are you saying good bye and coming back ? Is your mom ignoring you ? i really think you have attention problems... I want to attempt to start some discourse on the issue of miners failing to realise that the crypto markets are like all other markets by definition governed by the relationship between supply and demand.
There seems to be an extremely pervasive lack of understanding of the fact that all crypto coins as well as being a medium of exchange are also a commodity, and as with all commodities a large part portion of the market value is based on availability.
This issue seems to be one of the major issues affecting all alts to some degree or another ATM, it seems like a high percentage of the new hashpower that hit the pools after last years spike is in the hands of people with no patience and even less intelligence!
not trying to sound harsh but how else do describe people who invest time and money into accumulating a commodity then rush out and panic sell en mass thus destroying a large percentage of the value of that commodity?
Then they learn nothing from this and do the same again on the next coin!??
And anyone who running power hungry GPU rigs without enough money to cover power cost for a few months in order to give themselves the latitude to sell at the most profitable time is IMO on the fast track to going out of business, there is nowhere near enough money in mining to not sell smart if you ever want to pay for thoses R9 290X's.

I'm with you here. My mentality is more long term. Granted, this started out as a hobby, but the upside potential is in the long run. I'm an amateur economist (most agorists are) and fairly well versed in the Austrian school of economic theory. Unfortunately, I've also read John Maynard Keynes' General Theory as well, and it's "thinking" dominates modern economic discourse. Not going to deep on that right now, as I'm about to go off to bed, but the more scarce or closely held a thing is, the higher it's perceived value. There is actually no such thing as "intrinsic" value, there is only market value. Miners, I guarantee you that those buying low don't intend to sell that way. Day trading can be fun and profitable, but it's one small facet of a much larger game. Play 'em all, and play to win. I likened speculation to poker just a day ago. Most of you would lose your shirt at the poker table. Just like you lost your EAC at the Cryptsy opening. There is no reason to toss your money in the street for me to pick it up, but if you do, I'll not turn down the freebies. My idea of profit in THIS coin is long term transactional ability. I think it's dev's have the juice, and the right plan to take it mainstream. If I'm right, then those of you selling your whole stash at first opportunity and low cost are going to be kicking yourselves in a year. Remember in the early days when some dude paid 10k BTC for a pizza? If the guy he bought it from held his coins, he's sitting on a fortune right now. Let that sink it before you hit the "sell" button. Nothing wrong with occasional profit taking, but make sure you're TAKING a profit. The problem with those guys is they dont really believe in the coin. I think its because there are too many coins coming out every day and people see coins like a weekly thing There's is simply more supply then demand, probably because EAC is perceived as too much serious. The thing I'm noticing those last weeks is that the more the new alt coins are idiotic, the more the people love then, if you go on irc channels like the coinye right now, you can see there are like 5x the people there then on the EAC channel, but I can guess the majority of those people are kids and most of those coins are not living long, but you never know, doge is still alive and doing good Doge was a meme, no surprise there... Coinye will go down like the rest in a week |

There are too many noobs/idiots out there, people are selling coins at prices i really cant understand.
Its even worse than people that are panic selling on the market because you did not buy them when you mine them... so profit = profit just dont sell at worse prices :S

really? Isn't that what I have been saying all along? Everyone said this coin was not about making money but about helping the earth and the animals and the trees right? Trafficlearn cracks me up because he says he makes money on the way down. That is crazy, only if you were able to short this thing would that be true. He can ONLY make money if coin rises. If he sells at the top and rebuys in lower, he can only make money if it rises from there. YOU CAN NOT make money on the way down. LOL, that is crzy talk. Does he think he is trading on a stock exchange and he pretends he is "shorting". Too funny. Now please all of you doubters go back a bunch of pages and look at my prediction of what was going to happen once it hit cryptsy. I predicted that it would hit 400 and then fall back to where it was currently then on coinedup. about 200-225. Now what did happen??? A couple of hours after trading on cryptsy, shortly before midnight, it hit 397 and has fallen ever since right back to where I said it would. WOW, TALK ABOUT NAILING IT ON THE HEAD. My next prediction, now pay attention as this is going to save you a lot of money(not that we care about profit) the price you see now, around 208 is going to be the highest level you will see if from here. We will fall sub 200 today or tomorrow and by weeks end we will be around 170. Watch and learn trafficlearn, and that is how you predict it. Learn from the master son. Man stop whining please. All your posts are whining posts in different coin threads. It seems you cant make a profit and than you start trolling in the forums. The coin is 2 weeks old, you wanted a fast buck but that didnt happen because its not a pump and dump coin so you failed. To be honest you could see it coming. |

Guys you are really worring allot, i set my ticker app at: 0.0000201 (it has to go like 1000%) when that hits i will look again at the exchange prices. I am hoping that the app will help to get the community closer together in the end. Do daytrading on another coin. |

i can see big fluctuations in diff (jumping up and down) which means some profitability pool is jumping in and out but it's really looking good on sell side, there is no sell walls, only like 1.x btc sell orders, it's nothing...shame that on buy side it's the same.. Dont forget btc dropped almost $100 since yesterday so allot of people are hesistant to go shopping right now hehe. If people dont sell at these prices (really i dont even get it, who is selling right now because it costs more to mine the coin :\) |

Just woke up and saw the news. I can't believe Cryptsy added EAC at midnight of all times.
The testers had a bit of luck, because of the price increase i got a push message that it was on 0.3 right after it went on crypsy. Than one of the api's started to flip...now no gets any information. Trying to single the API out, Testers you will get a push message when i got it working again. |
