That's actually depend on your DYOR. There's not scanner and the airdrop must be identified manually. Even if there's a tool to scan the airdrop and it will have a very low accuracy as it will only use the technical reason to take the conclusion whether that's a legit airdrop or not.

im not sure about tons of developers but i can't deny the fact if there were some defi who have been trying to drive the hype of polkadot. These projects were issuing the assets use the parachain.

Im also waiting for the distribution too. Developing the game is not the same like creating the forking platform like swap, lending service or something else when it can be easily generated through forked the code from the existing platforms like uniswap, sushiswap, aave or something else.
