Without an ICO or token sale, how do you want panic on getting your project to the secondary market and how would trading volume be generated without token holders?
Decentralized exchanges required the least permissions and could list coins without the approval of the project developers.
You'd need to build a community though before marketing your product.

this market is way different than stock market , There are big whales in it and also less regulation , some people play with coins in her which is illegal in stock market , so I would suggest you that you don't count on technical analysing very much , it would let you down most of the times.

Cryptocurrencies are quite different from other trading platforms because every altcoin follows only one coin and they really hope that Bitcoin will go up. I understand. I understand that the altcoins are valued by bitcoin, in satoshis. I will not give them one more penny. They cancelled my 2 year contracts only 1 year into them. They then insult me by asking me to give them more money to upgrade to then newest technology. I would have to pay almost the same amount of my original contracts.
I guess I'm lucky where it was only $1,500 but others have lost a lot more than that.
Go to their twitter feed and read through all of the comments on some of their tweets. You'll get an idea of how upset a lot of their customers are...
