To the topic I was linked to there was other rates if I'am correct 0.1 per kill , 0.2 per headshot (HYPER)
For what comes to those new rates , are game tokens = points on this list right here ? : http://hyper.microngaming.com/hlstats.php?mode=players&game=csgo

It's kinda confusing to have multiple systems for the points . HYPER , game tokens & points are different ?

Those points are for the competition. In-game credit is just stored in-game money, which can then be 'traded in' for a cryptocurrency withdrawal of your choice.

Important update for everyone about hypercrypto.com:

It appears the site has been hacked, and unfortunately the backups we had were not sufficient to recover from the hack.

The website, forum and wiki are gone. I also cannot access webmail at the moment.

But, we already have a web developer who is going to be working on the new HYPER site, and this is what is coming ASAP (we are aiming to roll it out within the next week);

- User profiles on site
- Gaming competitions on site
- Gaming clans etc on site
- New HYPER forum fully integrated into the site
- We will most likely make the Wiki redundant, and instead have all that info nicely presented on the new site
- All the HYPER game servers (there are over 15 now I think) will be nicely displayed on the new site with connection info, how to play the games, how to win HYPER, etc
- All the HYPER intro videos will be on the new site
- Wallet downloads on the site etc
- possible store on the site selling CSGO skins etc for HYPER (I am waiting on confirmation on this from another HYPER team member)

So we are combining all the old sites (wiki, forum, website, and the planned HYPER gaming hub site) into one awesome HYPER site at hypercrypto.com

Will keep you all updated as we start work. We have all the tools ready to go, as a precaution I am moving us to new hosting, something doesn't seem right about what has happened.

But, in true HYPER style we are using a "bad" situation (our site being hacked) and turning it around to come back stronger than ever.

The new site will be awesome I'm really excited about it and will keep you all posted. As well as all the info about the HYPER wallets etc, it will be first and foremost be a gaming site / community, and this is what we need to take HYPER to the next level.

Gamers and digital currency enthusiasts will discover the new site and be blown away. And of course after the new site is ready we will be due for another big HYPER PR campaign.

Sounds great, do you have any plans to figure out who got into the site? And good luck on getting a new site up, if it's how you say it'll be then I'm excited for it. Definitely let us know when you have it set up, and if you need a beta tester, I'm happy to help for a bit.

Also, do you think we could add more games as HYPER gaming competitions? Cat and I are both fans of smaller prize pools (think first prize: 200H) but more games - Unturned, Rust, Killing Floor, Space Engineers, definitely Dirty Bomb when their dedicated server software comes out. I haven't played Rocket League myself, but I'd think having a Rocket League server (if possible) would boost Hyper's popularity.

Having more genre diversity would help in spreading word about Hyper. Right now, all our competitions (as far as I can tell) are team-based shooters.

Ideally, this is what I'd like to see:

- Two new contests, they end on the 15 and 30th of each month. First prize is 200H-250H, second prize is 100H, no third prize (or there could be a consolation prize of ~50H).
- 3-5 new games, set in a clockwise rotation where a game will always be active for a total of one month (with two contests per month).
- Unturned + another game to start with. Preferably, Unturned 3.0.

What are your thoughts? Does having more frequent + lower priced contests sound good to you?

This is a cool idea. To make this happen we need:

- Someone to set up and host the different new game servers
- Someone to manage and payout the competitions.

We actually have someone working on a Rust server right now, but the other games we do not have covered yet.

Are you interested in helping out? Our expenses are quite high already to host the servers we have (with over 4K players using them), but maybe we can work something out.

Really? I'm glad, I assume that this means a Rust 2.0 server then? Please be sure to send out an email announcement via the new site once the Rust server goes up.

I'm definitely willing to help out, provided I can still play/score in the contests. Tongue

Also, how many servers (physical, dedicated hardware) are there for all of the HYPER competitive game servers? The idea I had is only running server software when a game is active, and once that game is inactive the (game) server is shut down until it's competition is active again. Any persistent data (such as player creations/items or the like) should probably be reset monthly (automatically?) to keep it all fair.

I'd definitely be interested in helping out with contests. I'm not sure if I can/will be pay(ing) server bills, but I could definitely help distribute HYPER to the players. We'll see how things can be set up as they're set up. Tongue

Some additional notes:

- Space Engineers is VERY intensive, I would definitely plan for it to hog up a lot of resources if not rebooted occasonally. It would be wise to include some rules on player structures, too (limits on utility blocks and turning the max items/loose debris in the world down to something like 64 to 128). That being said, there are a great many mods we could use to help make up for those restrictions and attract a larger audience, so long as we keep the mod list short.

- There's an error in your goals page.
Quote
- HYPER gaming competitions. HYPER runs a number of generous gaming
competitions for CSGO, CS 1.6, TF2, Assetto Corsa Racing, where players can
win up to 1000 HYPER per month.
This number is now 500 HYPER per month per competition.

- Do you believe any passwords have been compromised from the hack? Not really a note, but it was a last thought before posting.

HyperFuture I wish I could say I have the time to help with videos etc. I want to so badly.  I'm still around I'm just playing Daddy and DJ'in like crazy.  Renovating the house.  Just know I'm investing and loving dropping in on here from time to time. This team is absolutely phenomenal.  I need to have my son spend and play with HYPER on some of the servers sometime.  This coin is da bomb.  Much love to the community and stay HYPER!

keep up the good work!

Thanks for the kind words JT! Hope all is well with you.

We have a lot being worked on behind the scenes at the moment and the future looks very HYPER Indeed.

Hi all!

HYPERfuture, have you maybe considered to add this feature to HYPER environment.

It's about android faucet developed by EcuaMobi, dev of CAPTcoin.

At the end of the year 2014 i was a big supporter of this coin but there was a luck of plans so i left, but developer, EcuaMobi, he is a real expert and respect him a lot, and this android faucet may positively contribute to community although i am no big fan of faucets....

Looks interesting I will definitely check it out.

I just got my CS:GO working, and the info is confusing to me, how can you tell how much hyper or other coin you earn? It seems after every game it resets to zero. where do you see your current balance? I cant find it in the start screen?  Its pretty fun so far Smiley

It is shown on the MOTD when you join the server, but you can also see it at any time by saying !vault in the games text chat. After every map your earnings get deposited into the vault.
Is that all your earnings? If so, damn, I've been inconveniencing myself. I bound P to vault and deposit.

In regards to a new HYPER Rust server I am ready to sponsor the server if someone wants to manage it in return for a bounty.

What would managing the Rust server entail in detail? I might be interested in the position, or assisting someone in it. I would assume that you'd want a Rust 2.0 server, and not simply a clone of the old Rust server, but I'd be willing to look into either.

Do you think we could update the pre-packaged blockchain on the main site, if we haven't already?

Halo everyone,
Could you please inform me how to use hyper for Team Fortress? I've checked this http://hypercrypto.com/wiki/index.php/HYPER_Team_Fortress_2_Server out but the server is not available.

Thank you.

From what I can see here it looks like the server is up (looks like we have quite a few players on the CS servers too): http://hyper.microngaming.com/hlstats.php

I am sure Ignatius will drop in the thread soon and let you know if there are any issues.

I have paid all outstanding bounties and gaming competitions! Now it is time to move forward with all the HYPER plans!

I will be making another big news update post soon with all the gaming competitions we still have running as I know you all like to see the updates that list everything that is going on with HYPER. There is always a lot to share.

In the meantime game on!

EDIT: Also, as the HYPER price for now seems to be tied to me being on the forum, now that I am back would be a good time to buy (while the price is cheap and lower than it has been historically, before the market reacts to all the things we are rolling out soon): https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-HYPER

As a dev I probably shouldn't say that, but I am working on a few things now with a few people behind the scenes. If I had the spare BTC I would be buying more myself Wink

Our twitter account is becoming very popular too: https://twitter.com/HyperCrypto
Does this mean you paid Falcon enough to pay off the last winners of the Rust competition?
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HYPER ~ Game Currency ~ Sponsors Indie Games ~Many Games ~5% PoS on: February 28, 2015, 08:10:41 AM
Well thats the thing there is absolutely no notice anywhere on the site, wiki or the forums. Im guessing it was only told here then.
I understand if it is cut, as HYPER is supporting/financing a lot of projects so cuts need to be made.

But the thing is competition ends Feb 15th and Post about cancelling it was on Feb 12th.
Does this mean it was cancelled days before the "payment date" along with the HYPER we had on the server.

I have no idea what is going on with that. It would obviously be helpful if someone added that info the wiki and closed or altered the active forum threads. His post said he gave Falcon the HYPER to pay out for the competition. Thus far things have always been handled fairly, so all balances held prior to the change should be paid out. I am sure we will hear from HYPERfuture, Falcon, or both.

If this wallet would finish sinking I could send out pending CS withdrawals.  "blocks" : 897659

I think not paying out competitions on time is worse for investor confidence than frequency of forum posts, but all opinions are welcomed here.

Im also rather certain it will get sorted just an inconvenience for the users.

But yes im guessing the last competition was from 15th jan to 15th feb so those funds along with balances are still to be seen.

And i agree. The delays in paying competition winnings hurts for sure. For example the RUST Dec 15th to Jan 15th was pa'yd out over 3 weeks late. Somewhere in the start of February. Now that is a long delay.

I still haven't seen the payouts for the February 15th competition. Due to Steam glitchiness I was only fairly recently able to get in contact with Falc0n to talk about payouts, but what little he told me (not much) makes me guess that perhaps HF hasn't given him enough, or possibly anything, to pay out the winners of the last Rust competition.

EDIT: Today Falc0n told me outright that HF hasn't been on to pay the competition prizes. That seems a bit suspicious, but it's also plausible that he just doesn't want to pay out.

wow, its February already...so I guess I just have to post the winners of February. I was late with the January one. I don't know. So the scoreboard was like this on February 15th :

1st prize(1000 HYPER) : Spoink - with 4914 points

2rd prize(500 HYPER) : anonymusCORE - with 4773 points

3rd prize(250 HYPER) : Detructor - with 1874 points

Winners please add me and prove that you are you to claim your sweet price! Smiley

My name is AnymysC0RE actually, but I don't mind being referred to as just CORE. Tongue

Meowball told me to find you on BTCTalk, I hadn't realized you didn't update the Hyper forum post because it was mainly on this one. Perhaps you should consider updating the Hyper forum post(s) with a link here?

I've added you on steam, as AnymysC0RE.

My only issue is Boku no longer supports Virgin Mobile USA, and my original plan to sell Crystal Energy at a markdown to Steam users relies on Boku. Furthermore, I can't seem to find any service for a relatively popular MMO that accepts anything but BOKU for mobile payments.
15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buy Bitcoins by SMS/Phone charge? (Virgin Mobile USA) on: June 16, 2014, 09:36:39 AM
Then is there some other roundabout way I may use to do so? For example game items/currency -> bitcoin, etc. It would need to work with Virgin Mobile USA.
16  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buy Bitcoins by SMS/Phone charge? (Virgin Mobile USA) on: June 16, 2014, 09:08:01 AM
Thanks, but if I were looking to buy Bitcoins with the cash I already have, I wouldn't be asking for help as there's so many options concerning convention or unconventional means to acquire said coins. I want to drain my phone balance into Bitcoin. I understand it may be a hard feat, but I'm not keen to give up on this goal just yet.
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Buy Bitcoins by SMS/Phone charge? (Virgin Mobile USA) on: June 16, 2014, 08:23:23 AM
This has been an issue I've been trying to solve for a good long while, and I've finally decided to come here for help in the hopes that someone will be able to help me out. I've checked out every service on this page http://www.justanswer.com/general/82skl-buy-bitcoins-sms-phone-payment.html and then some. After spending half a day searching for ways to salvage the excess account balance I have on my VM account, I'm willing to lose even so much as 75% of the paid credit, as my original plan to use Boku and a roundabout way of selling in game currencies has fallen through (Boku no longer supports VM in the US).

Is there any non-scam, working, US-based way to buy Bitcoins with a premium SMS/phone charge at this time? If not, what do you suggest I do?

Just a note, every service on that list is either inactive, non-US or a scam.
18  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: MakeBTC.org Pyramid Scheme on: March 19, 2014, 07:56:07 PM
From what I can tell, one of these newer emails done through the same mailserver as the others seems to be advertising the MakeBTC webhost, as alleged by MakeBTC theirself. If this is any solid proof, which it isn't necessarily, then it may indeed be their host who is causing all this trouble, and I'm swayed to agree until proof to the contrary appears.

Also, after refreshing my inbox it seems an email from "BTC square" with a 'reflink' to the previously mentioned Site #2 (engineerinv) with the exact same sender.

Regardless of how hard one justifies their behavior by painting themselves as a white-knight in shining armor, the fact remains that despite the questionable authenticity of their claims, they have indeed made themselves targets for the negative emotions people are feeling due to MakeBTC currently being down. Screaming "Scam! I did you all a favor!" will not help your position when not only have people put money into it, but also have gotten money out of it.

I got the same email, I don't see why they should need on password, that doesn't make much sense, makeBTC post here please!! Or on the other thread
I hope the website didn't get hacked, it sure looks like it did but it is weird that makeBTC doesn't say anything anywhere!!!

I have some hope of getting my BTC back though

Sounds super scammy, my bet is someone saw the site go down and thought they could make a quick buck when it started working by phishing people's site logins.

We can only speculate; the alleged sc.ammer has admin@makebtc.org email but getting the passwords only allow him to try to log in on other websites with the same passwords

I don't think he was able to register makeBTC.org again and have all the design and infos as well; he cannot get any money from makeBTC by having a password if makeBTC isn't running

I'll bet we all got two emails, one from "Makebtc" wanting our login info and one from InvestBTC claiming their site is "the best site to invest bitcoin and litecoin." Well, Site #1 (MakeBTC) definitely did not send that first message. The original data has Site #2 written all over it.

Doesn't seem to me like it's actually the site-runner. Not only does Site #2 look like it was whipped up on a moment's notice, but the email is sent with tracks leading somewhere other then the authentic path. I think this is just a scam.

EDIT: Subnote, at least MakeBTC looked credibly professional in it's design. I could have done that 2nd site's design myself, and I'm undeniably horrible at site layouts. The quality margin is far too substantial for engineerinv to be authentic.
