Transferred my BTC to Coinizy wallet [...] still waiting for my refund
Hello there, Coinizy CEO here. As notified, your refund has eventually been processed on May 5, which you promptly confirmed over email  However, I do recognize that we were quite late in the processing of your initial ticket, and we already expressed our sincere apologies for this. Fuck I wish I saw this earlier. I transferred 0.38 BTC and it transferred correctly but I could not create a card. So I have a wallet balance that is un-accessible.
No response to email, or support ticket.

For all that have concern with this thread, even though my issue is not resolved, but when i try to make another account and try to deposit all is going good and can make a card (vcc) using my balance, so i believe they not try to scamming, their support just poor , and my issue may be just a bug Thats all what i want to said We definitely improved the response delay over the past few weeks, but as more customers join in, we tend to be a little overwhelmed sometimes, I recognize. |

Hey Kaytav! Unfortunately, we do not plan to add PayPal as the transactions made on this system can be very easily reversed. However, we're definitely going to add additional deposit methods within the next few weeks : ) Would you have any specific suggestion besides PayPal? We're aware of this issue affecting some people using these specific browsers and we're working on a fix that will be released within the next 24 hours In the meantime, you can use Google Chrome, or alternatively delete your existing cookies. Our cards perfectly work with Google Play. Did you make sure that you have at least $1 on your card? Otherwise, Google will consider your card as non-valid when placing a test authorisation on your card. Anyone know if this works for signing up to Netflix?

Hi i have bout lots of vcc. But i used few of them to verify paypal account. Now paypal asking for card statements. Do you provide any sort of statements ?
Our issuing bank does 🙂 However, we're now moving a bit further as we're going to provide our very own card statements with custom design and spending highlights. Expect it for the 2nd week of January : ) Haha I see. Lots of us are relying on that deregulation, I think - in more ways than one.

I'm really sorry for that but at this time, our issuing bank is unable to issue cards to US customers. We're definitely looking forward to adding the US in 2017, but I'm afraid it will require a couple of months I request to Silentgwad if I can get also a code via PM then he gave me the gift code eventually and redeem it, I deposited to complete the $3 to my coinizy wallet as it requires that must have atleast $3 balance to my card so I can verify my paypal. I tried to follow the instructions here, within 2-3 minutes and it works! Yeah ik I'm sorry mate thx for suspending my account I won't do that again u can continue with ur giveaway I just wanted 10$ because I wanted to donate as I guess u have heard of hsi they needed funds for a rescued dog I had money in PayPal but they only accepted card and they needed before 31st so I had 1$ in my btc account so I thought I would hire 10 people and when I find a exchanger I would really pay you but you are right in ur place.
