These cards and cards with bin 4665 are mostly blocked by pp because they have been over abused.

Is this true? Is there a way that you know of to get cards with different BINs?

Yes but the cards are $15.
End of the day you pay for what you get.


They definitely verify worldwide paypal accounts and you also get the 4 digit expuse code which is needed.
They already come pre-loaded with enough funds needed to verify the paypal account.

Card didn't work and now i'm stuck with a card with 60 bucks on it and no way to spend it or get it off of the vcc. Hopefully this can be fixed as I really need that btc :/ I contacted support and i'm now waiting for a response. Pretty much all sites decline it and it's just useless to me.

Well it maybe yes maybe not. I'd still use cards with bin 466554 and it still work anywhere :v
Also if talk about BIN, we should have 6 number (xxxxxx), not the first 4 one (xxxx)

A bit sad, but looks like I can not trust well to that service. But the card is nice, I've checked it on Google Play, works good.
I wanted to top up it and pay for my hosting, etc... but anyway it's always risk and no way to get the money back....
