101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]⚡⚡🔐[PRiVCY]🔐⚡⚡[14th Airdrop - Starts 8th September]✅[PoW/POS]✅ on: September 02, 2018, 11:35:05 PM

At the moment, if you only care for the price, it mens you want to dump. Everyone should focus on development, adoption and real life use cases. The price will come when there is a good product, if not, then this will be just one more and will go into a dead end.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: September 02, 2018, 12:14:26 PM
We are going to have new holders who bought at peak and will enter in holding club until next rise. There is nothing bad to remain little in waiting phase as this is opportunity to learn to have patience and get familiar with this industry. I personally think next cycle of rising will be more sooner than previous one because of market's condition which is turning to be investor friendly.

The actual situation may be just a healthy correction, who knows if the trend is still upside?
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DigitalNote [XDN] - New PoW + Difficulty & Updates on: September 02, 2018, 12:10:53 PM
What happen with this coin? Network hashrate is 3 MH and with my 10 * RX 570 only make $0.7 per day

Xdn is mining resistant with a very low block reward at the moment..

So it looks that current price is not right, probably there will be a corrention anytime soon
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency on: September 01, 2018, 08:10:34 PM
I´m looking to buy some XMR. Does Binance still allow
withdrawals up to 2 BTC (or the equivalent in another crypto)
without requiring KYC? Any other exchange that is recommended
for buying XMR?

According to Coinmarketcap HitBTC is the exchange with the most volume,
but to be honest they seem pretty sketchy and the exchange subforum at Bitcointalk
is full of scam accusations against them.

Please dont buy at HitBTC, they are a Pain in the *** when it comes to withdrawing funds.

Until now I've had no major issue with them, check their System Health page and also their fees

One thing I'm sure, if you need some assistance from HitBtc side you're f*****
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: September 01, 2018, 08:01:05 PM
The price of doge is so amazing today. It's really tempting if to sell or hold more.  But I will just apply my normal principle which is sell some and hold some in case it goes up more.

Up 70% today?  170% 7 day run.

What gives?  I see no news that would cause this run.  Maybe the dog is going to Coinbase.  That would do it.

Coinbase are you really sure about this please give us solid proof as I just sold little portion from my holdings. I think this is good time to take profit when no big news around us but this post shock me as you mentioned Coinbase there?

I think no news are out regardarding Coinbase, but for sure they are losing tons of money not having DOGE in their portfolio. Doge is a must in every exchange, just like BTC and LTC
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: August 31, 2018, 10:02:46 AM

Doge was added also to Yahoo Finance trading app, check the following news:

"...The new feature, launched this week on the iOS app, allows users to buy and sell a variety of cryptocurrencies by linking their account – via an integration with our partners at TradeIt –  including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Dogecoin.  Android, desktop and mobile web are coming soon"
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: August 30, 2018, 12:45:59 PM
Remember when DOGE was released and you could mine it with your GPU, ahhhh youth Cheesy

My first coin mining, with one gpu, one or two weeks after lauch r9 280x in first day made me around 1M of them, still keeping them
A few years of hodling deserve respect.
When the price reaches the dollar mark, DOGE will make you a millionaire.
It will be a worthy reward for patience and work  Cheesy

I have waited 4 years, I will wait another 4, no need for hurry, we will get there
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] GRAFT - Universal Payment Processing Network on: August 29, 2018, 04:15:42 PM

As a miner and buyer of Graft I prefer not to have the airdrop, nice call !

Now we all need to know what will happen to the coins? Will they get burned? Will they keep locked? Will they be dumped?

Anyone can answer these simple questions?

If the coins won't be airdroped, what use will they have??

Anyone here from official sources??

Can these questions be answered?

The tokens for the airdrop was intended to be funded from the DEV`s reserve token pool.
As these tokens will not be used for airdrop they will remain in the reserve pool.

Thanks

Hello Team,

Let me start off by saying thank you for not going through with the airdrop!  Although it was mere pressure from the community on the coin's price that made you rethink your plan of action, you still get a thank you. To me, you are not being proactive, rather reactive to to the market's fluctuation and GRFT's visit to the sub-penny territory.
Furthermore, I have never heard of the term "DEV`s reserve token pool" ? Is this something you reserved for yourselves and structured it in the ICO from the get go? (No record of this to be found anywhere). Or, are you referring to the remaining unsold ICO coins as "DEV`s reserve token pool"? The community was loud and clear in voicing, numerous times and from many different members, that the remaining unsold ICO coins should be burnt as every project before you did. Your silence and (play it by ear) motto is not going to get you far as most would consider it shady at best!
They say Trust is like a castle of sand, so hard to build and so easy to destroy! Take this quote for what its worth and please do the right thing and burn the remaining coins.

Regards,
Miner

The info you seek in in the about page on the website (About half way through , look for coin distribution )
https://www.graft.network/about/

Ok thanks for the info, I see that there is no specific destination for the coins at the moment.

But in the page you mention, one can read: "...In the spirit of transparency, we’re making the wallet visible to community", but the links have no information

Omg the whitepaper news is a really big thing! Awesome, really awesome!
I can't wait to see it! I'm sure it will pump the price a lot!
White paper is good news for holders, but I don't think it will somehow pump price. We need some attention from investors before they even take a look into white paper. It's not simple task.

It's good to have a roadmap, something that can show us the path we are going
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] GRAFT - Universal Payment Processing Network on: August 27, 2018, 08:27:41 PM

Another issue, apart from the airdrop coins, is this topic, it should be updated more regularly, lots of people in here.
112  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's going on over at wex.nz? on: August 26, 2018, 11:04:41 AM

Any news about this? They have some new tweets, but it seems all the withdrawals are frozen, is this correct?

Is there any information when HitBTC will give forked coins?

Still waiting!

I believe the ball is on HitBtc side, the support in there sucks, it's better to open a ticket in there nothing can be done here, except if we all open a ticket...

That is not entirely correct. There are up to 60 million unsold ICO funds already included in the Coin market cap(CMC) circulating supply number( ie as of right now 350,996,755 ).  If these tokes are held in a dev wallet, then is the Graft team going to update CMC on this?

The question is, if the coins were to be airdroped, and they weren't, why are they available to the dev's?
The airdrop was canceled, and this was the motive:
"...would result in unintended consequences such as significant GRFT float dilution and potential additional downward pressure on GRFT pricing, negatively affecting ALL GRAFT stakeholders including ICO participants"

But the coins still exists, and are spendable, the best for the project would be to burn these coins instead, this way there would be a potential upward pressure on GRFT pricing

I've seen in other coins topic this announcement:

Code:
StealthPay allows you to buy Doge with PayPal. Here are some easy steps to go:

1) Get a Stealth (XST) address on Bittrex.com
2) Go to www.stealthpay.com
3) Click on "Buy Stealth", fill in the relevant fields and click "Order Now".
4) In the "Payment Method" choose PayPal payment method.
5) Follow the displayed instructions.
6) After you receive your Stealth (XST), sell them on Bittrex against BTC.
7) Buy Doge.

StealthPay

What if one claims a refund from Paypal? How is this issue solved?

Hello, I want to import my private key from the paper wallet to my desktop wallet.
1. Do I need to wait for all blocks to synchronize?
2. Do I use the importprivkey "dogecoinprivkey" command on the console?

For what you're writing, I supose you're not using light wallet. You can use the importprivkey command anytime, your balance will be updated as long as the wallet is synchronizing

Thanks guy. On light wallet I can import too my private key?

Never tried, but I'm almost sure you can

119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price falls below 300usd, lowest price in 9 months on: August 21, 2018, 07:39:21 AM

It may not recover soon, there are too many ICOs that are converting to usd, it's the price to pay. If scam ICOs continue difficult times ahead
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price falls below 300usd, lowest price in 9 months on: August 20, 2018, 09:44:16 PM
The entire market situation is now downwards and this is why ETH prices are going down. But I think there is no reason to worry, the situation will change within a short time.

Anyone knows how long is this short time?  Roll Eyes

When comparing BTC to ETH, BTC has been holding up better.

One of the best coins holding is Doge

We all should be aware that all the market may have a big dive to come... or not...
