Thank you hashers_co_uk for pointing out this thread has been neglected and should be revived to address community concerns.

I'll concede support is slow and leaves much to be desired. As you can imagine, many people are requesting free coins, even post-fork and the amounts of e-mail / requests is simply overwhelming. This only costs us money and there is not enough money for support staff available and the forks keep coming. That however doesn't mean we've any bad intentions, it just means support is slow. We've been giving away coins since 2014 and are not leaving any time soon. For every withdrawal complaint you might read, there is a corresponding TXID on the blockchain.

At the moment we're catching up with support , but we won't be fully caught up until somewhere in December.

It is not my intention to turn this into a support thread or entertain trolls, so i wont go into individual cases in public (however i will answer individual cases through PM) and I will address other issues / concerns you might have.

Update since last post

• Incoming transactions now show up in near real-time for all supported currencies.
• Upgraded DogeCoin back-end daemon to 1.8
• Permanently increased the daily #DogeCoin (#DOGE) payouts by 53%
• Withdrawal Transaction Details now show blockchain Transaction IDs

No, everybody has the same "Loyalty" bonus that increases by 0.1% per day since signing up.

Just a quick heads-up, the error messages were generated whenever the cache became too large / too full and the file system ran out of inodes. This problem has been permanently solved. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

The system is designed in such a way that any coins not distributed over the past few days will automatically be caught up. Rest assured that all coins will be distributed.

May 6, 2014 update

Since our last update posted here on April  16, 2014, we:

• Permanently increased daily Bitcoin (BTC) payouts by 6%
• Processed a total of 1,250+ withdrawals and permanently increased all daily coin giveaways by 2.5%
• Stopped sending registration reminders after 5 tries
• Improved the handling of incorrect activation codes
• Made error messages more friendly system wide
• Updated the FAQ and some grammar on the website
• Significantly improved detection of fake accounts
• FIXED: incorrect URL in text/plain part of registration e-mail
• FIXED: Changelog not updating due to incorrect cache settings

Great suggestion, I can confirm that this is coming!

We experienced degraded performance and network connectivity issues for 1 hour and 40 minutes or so. Everything should be back to normal. We are still investigating.

Update March 11, 2014

We surpassed 500 withdrawals today and are - effective immediately - permanently increasing daily Litecoin payouts by 5% for all users.

The next public beta update (the 4th) is expected to be announced on or before the 15th of March, 2014.

Accounts only get suspended for violating our terms and conditions. Using a disposable email address is a violation of these terms and if you contact us, we will give you the chance to change your disposable e-mail address into a normal email address.

You are correct, we are slightly behind our schedule. My apologies for that. We encountered some severe scalability issues that had to be solve first (Imagine inviting 10 people to your house for a party and 10000 people showing up).

There are no known issues at the moment, but we did roll out an update earlier today, perhaps it coincided. Are you still having problems logging in?

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, nor do we ask for that information when you make a withdrawal.

Please don't worry, if the website is down, we are in beta for a reason, sometimes we are encountering scalability issues and we're working hard to fix them. We're here to stay, we're not going anywhere

During beta, the daily bonus is quite small (we know this). This is on purpose, because we've to make sure everything is working correctly, otherwise things can become very expensive very fast. After the beta we will be giving out much more every day. Although we don't know yet how much this will be exactly.

The most likely scenario is that in the coming days, weeks and months we'll be gradually increasing the daily amount when we're sure that everything is working correctly.

Upon request

We've just added a new page called "Level 1 referral details" which you can by logging in to the website and navigating through the top menu to "Referrals" -> "Your level 1 referral details". This page lists all active level 1 referrals, which accounts are suspended and which haven't finished the registration procedure yet.

It also lists their usernames (unless they have anonimized their accounts) and their user IDs that can be used for tracking them.

February 15, 2014 - Public beta update #1

Since the start of the public beta it has been very hectic. Growth, feedback and enthusiasm from the community has been overwhelming. 34 reported bugs have been fixed, 101 withdrawals have been processed successfully and 487 emails have been answered.

From all the feedback we gathered we saw some questions coming back. Questions ranging from, "what are the future plans of QoinPro.com and how can you give coins away for free?" to "how many people may sign-up per household?".
