For the first time this year I can say that I feel like we survived. The worst is behind us, finally.

The market has changed, development and exposure is way up, the number of buyers and sellers is like 1000x more now, it makes sense that recovery patterns would condense in time with more people involved buying and selling, trading bags.

I'm hodling for dear life because I'm all in for this revolutionary technology and there is still tons of money to be made in this space long-term. BTW, just bought more.

Considering this market is based entirely on manipulation from the very few ultra rich, I would not at all be surprised to see a huge run in the next few months. Doubt it, but sentiment is really starting to make me wonder.
General trend on 7-day, 30-day, 90-day charts are still very much downwards. This is just another stupid run up like we've had all throughout 2018. Reversal? Not likely.

BTC in particular and crypto in general is here to stay, and with the massive improvements in the crypto ecosystem with institutional players like Nasdaq, NYSE, banks, major companies and even sovereign governments stepping in, this is an emerging asset class with obvious upside in the long term. Add regulatory clarity and we will eventually have lift off.
I'm convinced that bitcoin will go soon rally up to 4.8-6.2k before the inevitable pullback. I was holding 100% BTC. Switched to 100% NEO. For me, ONT pumping is a good sign that NEO will start moving. Anyways, I'm 100% NEO right now.

Crypto winter is here. I reckon we have at least one or two winter storms to bear before crypto spring is upon us.
The companies that have multiple venture capitalists and hedge funds behind them will last through this bear market. Easy examples are ETH, EOS, XLM, XRP and VET but there's many of them all the way down the list of +/- 2100 on coinmarketcap.com.
XLM lost its support at 17 cents that held for a year...when you lose support like that, you go down to the next support level...and that will be in the 8 cent range.

XRP is 50% of my portfolio and the only crypto I believe can independently break the bear cycle.
I think it's an absolute no brainer right now to be buying into this market - it's so insanely oversold, with such absolutely massively positive news recently.
Nothing about BTC has changed. I think it's still the essentially vehicle for overcoming these cyclical economic crashes caused largely by the fiat system. If the last crash birthed BTC, I think this crash will push it to new heights. But not until the initial shock and cash hoarding in the aftermath of the crash subsides.
If you're financially capable, I think the months post-crash will be the absolute best times to make some strategic buys into BTC and some other players.
It is my assumption that the growing likelihood of a world-wide financial meltdown is causing the the BTC selloff currently driving the price way down.
Large players wanted to be in BTC before mass adoption. They know that a worldwide financial collapse is likely to delay, by many years, the widespread adoption of BTC. I think in time, these crashes will cause an influx of money into BTC, but certainly not at first.
