1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you mean when you say Bitcoin is number 1 on: April 23, 2018, 09:11:18 AM
We are entering an era of multiple digital currencies, and many of them will survive. Bitcoin is certain to be one of them, but it can't be number one for every factor. Where do you think Bitcoin will stay as number 1

  • Store of value
  • Services in addition to simple money transfer
  • Convenience
  • Security
  • Investment/speculation
  • Safe transfer speed
  • Privacy
  • Freedom from globalist control
  • Other

#1, 2,4 IMO. however, the it's still so early for this so it's really hard to say anything for sure.
I will already be happy if it stays as it is for international transactions since it's truly amazing vs bank system.

2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Digital money or virtual currency? on: April 16, 2018, 06:00:22 AM
Hello friends.
I have a problem to share.
My country is average. They are too familiar with outdated and old technologies.
In my country many people still understand Bitcoin as virtual currency. BTC does not bring anything to life. They just think Bitcoin investment is gambling, chance, black red.
Why?
Why do not they look at Bitcoin, ETH or blockchain technology for the present.
Blockchain minimizes transportation costs, intermediates and risks.
Personally, I always try to absorb and learn nonstop.
And you? How is your country?

Of course they see it gambling. It's pretty easy. They don't understand it and it is bothering them because of their current economic banking system. If more and more people take money out of their respective banks and put their money into cryptos they will loose a lot of control over our money. Our country does not yet have any regulations on cryptos, however it's said to be a work in progress so time will tell.

3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you love Bitcoin? on: April 13, 2018, 09:21:54 AM
I love bitcoin because its the crypto currency and its the king of the crypto.
It hasa lot of use cases.
I can exchange it to any other crypto.

Why do you love Bitcoin?
Why are you interested?

I love bitcoin, because of what it brings. Other than that, it's a decentralised digital currency that has fast and cheap international transactions. I don't use it for transactions at the moment tho, because I still see it as a great investment opportunity that everyone can be a part of really easy.

4  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going strong on: April 13, 2018, 07:12:42 AM
Bitcoin is green again, do you thing is good time buy now .

When the market is RED, that's a good time to buy and not the other way around my friend. However if you think the market is green you are mistaken. You must never look only 1 day period because that's just wrong. The market will be green when you see a green weekly candle and not daily or few hourly. It is still a good time to buy since btc is still very undervalued/oversold.

5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can FUD destroy bitcoin? on: April 09, 2018, 06:01:32 AM
Many of the FUDs circulating about bitcoin seem to indicate the scouring of bitcoin users' trust on bitcoin so bad perceptions of bitcoin, especially for new users and selling bitcoin, which seems deterrent to use bitcoin, will the price of bitcoin be destroyed by FUD, How do you react to it?

FUD is being generated only by the people without the proper knowledge, therefore FUD can never destroy Bitcoin, since strong investors will always stay in the market and hodl.
Also, FUD is even good every now and then, since many strong players will enjoy buying BTC at discount prices and gain even more profits in the long run. We all should be investing like that.

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges on: April 06, 2018, 10:41:13 AM
I'm wondering if it's worth exchanging Bitcoin to Monero for security as Bitcoin is quite volatile and monero seems less so. Any advice would be appreciated.

To be quite honest I am sure that BTC is less volatile than Monero. Yes you may watch the short term charts and simply say that, however you must know that BTC will always be more stable since it has more market cap and with that less chance to get played around with. Monero has 45times smaller market cap and that simply means it can be manipulated 45 times easier by large investors. That is exacly why we avoid putting our money into sub 200mil worth coins.
If it is security you are looking for than you shouldnt be in crypto. If you are looking least risky coin it is definetly the one who has biggest market cap - Bitcoin.

7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Convince me to buy BTC and not ETH. on: April 06, 2018, 05:44:11 AM
Dear OP.

Few steps to answer this question:

* Go coinmarketcap.com and check BTC vs ETH vs ALTs performance in marketcap volume.
* Go to tradingview.com and open yourself a chart of ETH vs BTC and look at the prices change.

Result?

BTC winning vs. ETH for about 45% this year alone - price wise
BTC winning vs everything on market cap. This year BTC went from 31% to 45%

So now you see BTC winning, however you feel like ETH could break out at some point and start gaining vs BTC? Okay good, we must all keep that option open and embrace it if it happens and mostly we must use it to our advantage. Therefore, untill BTC is winning the game keep your $$$ in BTC and simply monitor the market. If or when it happens trade 50% of it into ETH and profit.

Conclusion?

Knowledge is everything. Learn from the past charts, gatther info and adapt.

8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how strong is bitcoin really? on: April 05, 2018, 12:59:21 PM
We know that bitcoin is strong and all the wallets have milletry grade security but one of my stupid friend today said that maybe someone can hack it with just a calculater because with math and correct formulas we can even predict gambling bets if that is possible then maybe there is any chance of this

Wallets currently cannot be hacked by just calculating on a normal computer. These is a threat in the future with quantum computers that are in development (not near completion yet btw) that could in fact hack into your wallet. However you must know that if you keep your coins in the cold wallet you are absolutely safe. Unless someone beats you on the street and steals it from you and makes u tell the passwords.
Btw i find your question in the topic not very related to the question in the post itself... and if you call your friend stupid, why do you even think about the things he says?

Anyone can help me to invest BTC ?
I have 1 account on binance exchange. Can help me to know some feature of this exchange ? Huh Huh Huh

If you don't know the basics of exchanges than I suggest you to directly youtube "how to trade on binance". There are plenty of videos since it's a very popular platform.
You should get all the informations you need to start trading. Before you start trading i also suggest you to inform yourself about what kind of trading options you have. Everything you need to know is out there, you just have to find the infos and learn.

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH next to BTC? on: April 03, 2018, 12:54:52 PM
I just created this thread to gather opinions ..
Ethereum is next to BTC?

Well so far this year Ethereum lost 45% against Bitcoin. I wouldn't bet on ETH unless it shows some sort of general positivity and gain vs Bitcoin. Vitalik better perform some techical miracles with ETH if you even want to discuss ETH vs BTC...
Always learn from the past and analyze. We can expect ETH to grow definately, however i'm not optimistic about beating Bitcoin %-wise.

11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I didn't realize all the bans would have this much effect on: April 03, 2018, 10:09:24 AM
Well to me it's really frustrating that people get affected by such news. I mean, do you see promotions about stocks and stock markets on social networks? Do you see realestate market ads on your social media? Funny how people get psyched out over such things. I understand the fear of ban of crypto itself, but advertisments are just a joke for me. Whoever wants to be in crypto market will do the research on its own not by the help of ads that are mostly just fake businesses.

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: give your best advice on: April 03, 2018, 09:01:59 AM
I would like to ask for your advice, I have $3000 USD. and I am confused, what should I do with my money?I have an idea, I will participate with ico, and I will invest each $200 USD in each of the ICO.What do you think? is it a wise choice? or better I invested all my money for one ICO? I would like to know your opinion on this subject

My advice would be that you avoid ICOs at the moment. Unless you are absolutely sure you can live without those 3000 in the future. I don't like loosing money and ICOs are 80% money loss. Those that do happen to be a successful company can bring you a lot of money, however i prefer safer investment such as bitcoin.
I would invest 2000$ long term in bitcoin and trade 1000$ in altcoins or bitcoin. Trading is optional of course and it depends on your skills and time.
Currently bitcoin in so undervalued that you really can't mess it up if you invest all in bitcoin. In my honest opinion it is the safest investment with great gains compared to stock market.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: selling bitcoin is a stupid decision ? on: March 30, 2018, 11:27:27 AM
Hi guys , I  read in social media that many people are panicking its because bitcoin dropped every hour and they think they might lose their money because of that .Well for me , there's no need to panic because when bitcoin dropped as its lowest price its a blessing . And also joining in CRYPTO CURRENCY WORLD, you already know what risk you  should face , and  its a win and win bet when you hold bitcoin . So knowing that  some people selling their bitcoin I feel so sorry for them.

This is only good news for us HODLers in the long run. We will loose weak hands and profit even more if we invest when prices drop just as they did right now. It's also good for the new firms (ICOs), since value in most cases rises along with bitcoin. This means new companies and gain a lot of money in a pretty short amount of time, preventing from so many ICOs closing their doors.

14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting tired of waiting on: March 29, 2018, 04:42:39 PM
I don’t know how much more. My $1350 investment is worth $526.78 as of this moment. My coins were BTH, LTC, and ETH.

Well... It's funny you say, you are tired of waiting since you invested money into something. Obviously you are a greedy person who went into this for all the wrong reasons.
When you invest into something you must be prepared to say goodbye to that money for minimum of 5 years... I assume based on your current value, you invested in late january... 2 months and tired of waiting already? c'mon man don't obsess over current crypto prices. Let go and check on it next month. It's not worth stressing yourself since the price will rise in the future.
Let me ask you this: Would you expect big gains in value in just 2 months if you invested in stocks?
Patience.

15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: JUST TRANSFERED 20K USD AND BANK CHARGED ME $700 !!!! on: March 29, 2018, 04:11:48 PM
This is why we need bitcoin. I am soo sick of these central bank mafia scum controlling our finances.!!!

I just did a international wire transfer and the banks cuased me to loose $700 because of how the make a huge 3% margin with the conversion of the money from one country currency to another.Imagine those bankers sitting there in their Jacuzzis relaxing while their computers move money getting $700 or much more from all the people who send money.
D@mn mafia!!
What would you do with $700 for free??

These banks are building the own destruction by robbing people like that.It is very arrogant they should be in jail for theft and fraud.
This is why we need bitcoin!! If I used the ightning network I could have done the transaction for some pennies!

This is exacly how the system wants it. They help rich people get richer and all low and middle class exacly where we are. This is exacly why I wish we will keep our decentralised currencies. I am trully sorry about you leraning this the hard way... This decentralisation is a first glace of our freedom in a very long time and I hope it says like that.

16  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you sure that bitcoin will fall? on: March 28, 2018, 11:58:53 AM
Depends on what your thought on fall are. I am sure it will fall, but not dracticly and it will go up afterwards. It's the nature of any market. Even FIAT market has the same life cycle.
The question that is importat really is when will it happen?

17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the time to invest in bitcoin? on: March 28, 2018, 11:44:01 AM
Hi guys,

A friend of mine told me this was a good time to start invest in Bitcoins because he believes Bitcoin wil grow up to 30/40k $ this year. Now I have the question is he telling the truth? Is this the time to invest? And how much money should you invest to get maximum profit.

Well, predicting anything right now is impossible. Anyone on this forum can only express what he/she thinks will happen...
I personaly agree with your friend to a point. Price of BTC is currently low. Imo it will drop a little bit more before rising again, but not much.
I am preparing my fiat currencies atm to put them into btc. What i can't agree nor disagree is his price prediction. It is just impossible to predict that.

how much money should you invest to get maximum profit. Well... this question is a bit silly in my opinion, since you will get same %-wise profit with any amount of money you invest. More you invest- more you profit.

18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is really good but not right now ! on: March 27, 2018, 11:27:08 AM
I will not invest bitcoin at the moment, it puzzles me.  2017, bitcoin prices will increase as bitcoin loans are the primary currency. In 2018 I saw a lot of bitcoin imbalances at times when it came to the point where I could not believe Embarrassed

Uhm...You are the perfect example of the weak hands that market must flush out. I am sorry about being so straight forward, but I am almost 100% sure that you didnt take any time to inspect and learn about the market.
Bitcoin is super cheap right now and People who invest now will make a decent profit untill the end of the year. Cryptos are doing amazing is we take into consideration of how hard some goverments and institutions fight against it. They are literary spending bilions to destroy the idea of non-FIAT currency and they are not even winning! It is best case even for almost 4 months now. It is only a matter of time when they decide that they have to adapt and accept cryptos aswell. That day, people who invest today will be in a very healthy situation.

19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs altcoins? on: March 27, 2018, 08:37:46 AM
Hi guys , what do you most prefer , holding bitcoins or buying altcoins which is have a good technology and for long term investment ?. I'm a little bit doubtful  where should i stand on . I'm not rich enough to buy and hold this coins at the same time. However I'm trying to figure out which of the  two much better . bitcoins have a old technology in blockhain compare to altcoins now which is they are more advanced but the prices  varies so  what your insight about this ?

I would strongly suggest you to invest only in bitcoin at the moment. It is gaining a lot of strenght again the altcoins in the last few months. btc market cap is about 45% already and still growing. Carefully monitor the altcoins market so you can buy at the lowest price. Altcoins will gain more %wise gains vs. bitcoin however if you invest too early that would not be the case for you.
Invest in btc -> hodl untill uptrend -> invest in altcoins. This is a general rule i follow and it is successful. Btw if you are not a gambler, don't invest into coins that are lower than 500mil in market cap since whales can easily dump those coins and you loose money.

20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you investing in Bitcoin? on: March 23, 2018, 08:13:54 AM
So my question is.
Are you investing into Bitcoin purely as a investment?
Or are you investing because you believe in Bitcoin and the technology?
Back when Bitcoin started i feel people invested, because there believed in it, and wanted to see it change the world.
Now days i feel people only look at it as a way to make money, and don't really care about the future of it.
Whats peoples thoughts?

It started for me out of pure greed. Lets make some money! kinda thinking. But more time i invested into this world the more i fell in love with it. Now i see it as both investment and as the awesome technology that i fully support. Uneducated people are here just for the money. Just stay in this crypto world long enough and you will see it for yourself how great it trully is. I don't think you will find an experienced investor in cryptos that says he is here just for the money.
