Very interesting idea. It's about time somebody brings a wave of new technology into the restaurant industry. This might just change the way the average restaurant use their P.o.S as well as the procurement of stock and the tracking thereof. This is certainly a space to watch.. Al the best to the Devs!!!

I have to agree that it sounds very difficult if you take all the small food vendors out there. But, then again, I would have seen the same reply to a post 20 years ago mentioning that almost everybody in the world would have access to e-mail in a few years. 20 years ago the cellular phone was only for the very select few that could afford it. Yet through technological advance, we now find very little people not owning a cellphone.
My point would be that the issues addressed in your post above would be overcome as they always have been in the past. Technology waits for no one, and we are trying to stay on par with the advancements in this new electronic era.
