What support are you talking about? People are greedy here and they will join anything they see. How are they supporting anything? I do not even remember when was the last time I saw a good airdrop, they are basically useless shitcoins now. I've never seen any KYC bounties / airdrops, and I would never do that too. You still can get everything on the exchanges without any procedures.

I think Elixir fell lower than the others because at the time of the overall crypto dump it was traded mainly on Kucoin, there was a Bitcoin Diamond mania at that time. I've been using Cryptopia recently and there were no problems. I remember their support was quite fast too. I did have the same problem with HitBTC, I've been waiting for around 2 weeks for my deposit to arrive, also they've charged me a $50 deposit fee. Now I am checking twitter comments and topics here on the forum before making deposits to any exchange. All of them rob people all the time, support is useless, the future is behind decentralized exchanges anyway.

You are saying something about risk management to someone who did invest more than he could afford to lose, and most importantly with borrowed money. You can store nothing but NEM on the NEM wallet. These are 2 completely different things. Here you store your ETH and ERC20 tokens, you have no need to send them to an exchange -> sell -> withdraw to another wallet, you do all that directly in the app through the decentralized exchange. Some ICO's are exclusive only on Eidoo platform.
Its like Ledger for the "poor", loads of people are using this wallet right now, you can forget about Etherdelta when Eidoo exchange is released. It could be the most popular decentralized exchange in the future.
