I think scammer are already there! I have been following every IEO in these months and was shocked by seeing how many ICO projects turned into IEOs! So, many of them were bullshit in ICO place and now they are coming into IEOs to ruin its popularity and acceptance! Only noob and greedy people will go for those IEO projects. Smart investors always stick themselves in Binance, Bittrex, Huoi, and other big platforms.

I am almost sure that Internal investors or Bittrex itself bought the tokens like the Binance. Now people think Veriblock IEO ends in 10 seconds, such a big project it is! I stopped following this McAfee long times ago, but by reading this news, yesterday I visited Mcafee's twitter handle and I was shocked that still many people following his predictions and advise! I lost all hopes from CTA, the team is very unprofessional, it's like they are playing with the investor's money! But there is a difference between ICO and STO! You need to know what is it! My opinion goes for Altcoin, not for the alt token! Because Project with own blockchain has more potential than projects based on another coin's blockchain! Look at the TRON, XRP, BNB! They all were based on Ethereum blockchain but when they move in their own network, those coins were accepted widely by the world and now these coins position is much better than before!
