Don't take it too literally. The problems with religions happen when people treat them dogmatically, especially their adherents. Religions are a lossy data stream from the past, like a humankind-wide dream you can't quite remember. But it's still data. It's tells us something.

It's a common propaganda tactic to use simple names to associate ideas or feelings with the thing you want to promote. In Soviet Russia the state propaganda press was called Truth. Orwell makes great note of all these things. Calling it the peoples vote is meant to support their agitprop tactic of pretending that the first vote was a sham, orchestrated by "them", and based on disinformation. It's rather amusing, considering that before the referendum, Remainers would rubbish the idea of a forced second vote (as happened in Ireland, Holland etc) as conspiracy theory and here they are (the EU and neolibs) attempting to do just that. It's laughable. If there is a second vote, the public has no reason to vote ever again.

Reject religious dogma, but consider the accumulated information contained in it's myths. Do not make yourself prisoner inside a philosophical/religious structure, but equally do not raze it to the ground and dance like savages in the ashes. Do not let religion control you in your search for meaning, but do not mistake it as meaningless.

I don't think people are investing in Ripple, they are trading it in the sense that it is an expected increase in value they are after rather than any love of the technology itself.

lol presumption of innocence only applies to criminal charges. Not one person said he should have been charged with sexual assault (remember the "lock her up" chants, btw?). I don't know if you don't understand what presumption of innocence means or were being intentionally dishonest.
"lol" indeed. It was a show trial. Democrat senators are calling Kavanaugh "dangerous". Others are calling for Collins to be "hounded forever". Mobs are intimidating and harassing anyone right wing. It's not a good look. China are jumping on it to show how US justice has become corrupt. I'm not American, and it looks awful from over here. "Lol." you say.

Great news that he was confirmed. Sadly, the reputation of US justice stands diminished today as the Democrats actively sought to deny a cornerstone of law: presumption of innocence. By undermining this human right, the left has done real damage to the cultural integrity of the western world and beyond.

I agree. Pretty sure we're going to see some nice trending upwards movement. In my estimation, we've seen the bottom for alts and things are going start trending towards end of year. Having said that, if for some reason btc has a massive moon, we could see alts dip.

It's not going to vanish. It's had so much cash pumped into it, and so many projects are being built on top of it, it'll just die a lingering death rather than vanish.

Asia is the new continent of potential for the coming decades. It is exploding in business opportunity and I for one will be travelling there as soon as possible. Business wise I don't think you can go wrong investigating the various investment opportunities there.

I think it's fine. Markets look great. Retracements on most, now accumulating, ready to go up soon. Good times!

Personally? Yes. But I suppose, now I think about it, I will be trading it rather than investing. I will keep a tight stop loss so that if it decides to crash again I will be safe. Or should I say "safu"

We'll be up and down in a tight range before breakout next month. Not sure if we'll go totally parabolic to new ATH or anyting like that. I'm expecting ATH 60k by end of 2019. Screenshot this.

Interesting. Imagine if the US broke up at the same time the EU is breaking up, it leaves the way clear for total Asia dominance and Russia resurgence. Maybe.

If strong AI has access to it's code it will become godlike within what, minutes, hours? It will be well out of our control. We can only hope it remembers it's creators with fondness.

Now is the time to accumulate in my opinion. In the next month or so we'll start to see price take off across the board. The next bull run will melt faces everywhere and btc will reach an ath. I've trained my whole life for this moment. I've bought moon boots.

I would have to say buying too late, and selling to early! Even when I have an investment in profit it's easy to sell it before reaching maximum potential. And of course we all know about FOMOing into a trade at the top, panicking and selling at a loss. The horror! lol

As other commenters have said, if you can be associated with an address (btc address) you can be associated with any transactions to that address.

Ultimately, Bitcoin will be the winner, but in the short to midterm I would suggest looking at privacy coins. Also coins with unique use cases. I particularly like security tokenisation.
