I don't like the idea of KYC, but I guess it's best to send in accurate information in order to not risk your money.

The biggest issues, unknown for a noob, somebody new to this is falling for forced hype. That's really the best advised that can be given to us.

Bitcoin used to be at 95%+ and for good reason. It was the first, and the rest were copies. You question is as if they all came out at the same time. A boycott also requires for people to get together and plan it, but what you're seeing instead is the market at work.

This problem of Bounty hunters going without pay at the end of Tokensale will not end if the forum or reputable members do nothing about it. Many projects like Enviin, Tokenpay all had a successful ICO but never paid hunters at the end no one did anything about it.
There's not much they can do though. Once the ICO is over that's it. Everything is at ones own risk.

Personally I'm in it for the long run. If you start thinking, 6 months from now, 8 months from now, it's just going to make you lose your hair.

It would be more effort than what is worth to get rid of them. Just don't look at them.

You have to expect the unexpected. Keep some of your money in the alts you believe in. Just don't keep all of your eggs in one basket.

Unless you're not working, why not just buy a little bit of both. I never understood one or the other.

It's been a while so I would buy 20 escorts. Not at the same time of course.
Are you single OP?

Can you afford to invest $200? I say put $25 for each one.

I read a report that early Bitcoin adopters cashed out during the months of November, December, and January to the tune of 30 billion dollars. So it has been very prosperous for them. But yeah, for the rest of us it has been hell. But one should look at it as opportunity, so long as those early adopters don't buy cheaper and get greedy again.

That's a pretty bizarre story. I'm not too familiar with the UK, but are such crimes so rare that people are in a way innocent and don't realize that everywhere else in the world burglars often times kill their victim and posses a huge danger? Or are the rule makers extremely innocent of such matters and think there's no way that a criminal is capable of such things, because they've never experienced anything negative in their lives?

I'm very anti using credit card, but I committed the mistake of using credit the past few months because I didn't want to cash out any of my crytos. Incredible to hear me say that I will never do such a mistake again, because I was so anti using credit cards in the first place.

You're talking about counterfeit money? How would crypto kill counterfeit money if the counterfeiters will still be able to pass if off as real money to unsuspecting people? If you're saying that people will stop using cash, why would the average person stop using cash when crypto is so volatile?
And even if a large portion of people start using cryptos, will the US government say we give up, we will no longer accept the dollar?

I am currently determined to make it. I truly am. The biggest challenge has been environmental factors that stresses me out. Say neighbor, work, noise. Hard to explain, I'm worried about the price of my holdings, I'm trying to research, but the neighbors are currently loud as hell. In with the everything that's at stake, every little noise they make is adding to that irritation, and I just have to stop and try to do something else.
So if you can control your environment, it can make that determination work better.
When you want something so bad but your environment is in the way.

I can definable say that crypt currencies has definitely made me more knowledgeable about so many things, but to really learn from it you have to already have some what of an IQ. It's to fast paced, you have to hold a lot of information in, and recall a lot of past situations. And if a person's IQ is below average, there's no overcoming that.

Good observations, alts are way too tied down to Bitcoin. The only coin that I really see that is somewhat independent from Bitcoin is Ethereum. Since you don't have to buy Bitcoin to purchase it. And most exchanges have Eth pairs. But we really need more.

My plans are to sacrifice and hold as much as I can. I still think that the market might grow a lot so I can't miss this life time opportunity.

The one Mistake that has made me poorer was not selling at the right time. But it's not like I won't have any more opportunities in the future.
Just have to make sure I do commit some real mistakes, like losing a private key.

The only way I way that I would do a KYC for a bounty if it's for some coin that has a very legit and real business behind it. Like say Microsoft. If not forget about it. Who knows what a bunch of strangers will do with my information.
