has anyone tested whether xray scanners or any type of scanners can get the pk's from an engraved coin?
That’s a good point. I actually may have a way to test this. I’ll work on it and get back with you The original 1oz NastyFans Minted Seats included an aluminum insert behind an insulation layer to keep from any unforeseen reaction over time with the silver while making it difficult to use any sort of xray scanner to compromise the private key. This ultimately was too much additional effort for me to continue doing at the price point and nobody seemed to care either way, but somewhere close to 100 of them were made this way and have homes in the collections of some of the earliest physical crypto collectors. It is still possible for me to make them this way and they're somewhat easily identifiable by a bump under the center of the hologram (pictured below)... Anybody know where I can get one of these? I’m curious to see if I can take a crack at them. Have a few ideas between X-ray & thermal imaging. You might need to find somebody who was actively collecting physical Bitcoin collectibles in 2013 in order to get your hands on one. I have a few in my safe deposit box, but I suspect the price I'd want would be considered outrageous. If you wanted to make an offer via PM, I could check around with some old timers and the NastyFans Slack group to see if anyone wants to sell. After 9 years in someone's collection though, I suspect it may be more difficult than expected to get your hands on one. However, if you want one without the xray blocking insert to see if you can compromise it, you can still buy them here: https://nastyfans.org/mintThe original 1oz NastyFans Minted Seats included an aluminum insert behind an insulation layer to keep from any unforeseen reaction over time with the silver while making it difficult to use any sort of xray scanner to compromise the private key. Which serial numbers/pub keys had these, from the original 100? or if not the original first batch of 100 etc somewhere close to 100 of them were made this way probably easier to search for one to test with, if you have that info. Im sure between most of the older members here we can find one to help the communinty test with? thanks!

All these people going to Tim's parent's house, looking for Tim. Look no further than the ones who harass his victims and show up to defend him, after years have gone by, and he is missing.
That’s a bit of a stretch I’d say. M1 and VG have nothing to do with what happened to you. Direct your anger towards finding a proper solution to your issue instead of badmouthing a trusted member here, who many have dealt with over the years without a hitch. Very understandable you are upset, as would I be - but this is not the “Tim” you are looking for. (waves hand) Thanks.

-snip-The source who needs to be paid can well be paid lol-snip-
Pretty clear at this point the thread can be locked so you can stop trying to scam in Private Messages. You'll never work out a deal using escrow, since you dont own the machines. Exactly, scam sob story. waste of internet space

Ur point which proves exactly what I’ve claimed. Orrrr you think I’ve maintained the same narrative for half a year while dealing with ignorance from strangers like you? I think not. That’s delusional and crazy my guy.
Hey, "my guy", (jeez) You couldn’t have said it better yourself (well, you did), you have a “sob story narrative" asking people for money so you can pay back some “partners” who will in turn release some miners to you, so you can then flip them to people here and other places you’ve tried to before (and was called out for), for half a year now you say? What is the hard part to understand here? No one in their right mind is going to get involved and pay off your sticky debt (if it’s even real) to then hope they can buy something from you after. There are plenty of trusted and well-known sellers here that have products in hand or have proven themselves to be reliable trusted sources, without any of your forementioned drama. You are delusional if you think otherwise. I’m sorry to be the one to inform you (although I doubt I’m the first) If someone wants to buy a miner, then a seller will list it for sale, using the standard format here on bitcointalk, and if all goes well, they will strike a deal. What do YOU not understand? No one wants any part of your MESS; made up or otherwise, do you understand that now? have a good one, NEXT!

How the hell do you ignorantly call someone a scam, please do tell me what is scam like about someone willing to sign purchase agreement, take cc payment, share id, video chat, etc etc etc… please I’m begging to hear this ignorant response
Scam - plain and simple - you got called out in other discords - don’t bring that garbage here - no one wants to hear your fake sob story about how you need money to get miners then sell them - move along, nothing to see here. See other post for reference and details of your silly scammy shenanigans 😉

Hahaha beware of what buddy? A bunch of ignorant people shilled by 1 member and his fake accounts??? The member who caused the gap in the funding to pay the balance aka big lie ASICS aka $43,000 unpaid invoice which also is easily proven. That same situation that I’ve had to die and die to dig Out of ? Yes you would be correct your ignorance is again astounding. Once more cc payment accepted, full kyc, exchange of all info asked, feel free to contact me personally via video call and be proven horribly wrong once more. I will not sit back and continue to tolerate the ignorance and defamation by individuals who either have no first hand knowledge or experience, or understanding of who caused this. Ignorant. Oh wow look at that just as you couldn’t follow along the last time as you rushed To defam me here you are once more. Get a life , I suspect this is Aaron Raycove of Big lie ASICS or his accomplice that was fired for stealing from him, weird. Displace ur own miserable pathetic life on someone else, take a look in the mirror sometime coward.
Haha ok - my point is proven - thanks !

Hey I know escrow escrow escrow, however I’m looking for someone who can help close out a bigger order so I can have my miners released.. I’m willing to full kyc, video chat, share id, mail, whatever it takes, sign purchase agreement you name it. Anything to be forthcoming and show my intent and transparency.. price is negotiable looking around 10k each
A similar scam was on the VoskCoin Discord not too long ago with a "seller" needing funds in order to finish a bigger deal that he was into with some other "friends” they owed money to which would then release these ones to be sold, lol Only then to be able to sell "x" miners, all vaporware etc. Not a good look OP, do you have any of these miners in hand ready to sell, and if so, please take a pic of the miners with your username and todays date, and your asking price, otherwise you can take this scam to the next forum. I’ll see if I can find some screens and info from that discord, as this sounds way too familiar. (needs money to finish large order, to then sell miners to you at huge discount) , uh huh Thanks! ***edit*** Confirmed by members of the Voscoin Discord that this is in fact the same scammer. Buyer/Seller beware! Found a screen from July when they were in that discord (since banned) attempting this exact same scam, at least they should have tried to make an effort and change their name

are you sure, verification website doesnt connect for me I would have a difficult time adding or removing titans from my collection based on that.
The verification website should only be required for the 2FA coin AFAIK, not the private key ones. Someone please correct me if wrong. Yes and no.. I may be wrong, but from what I remember, any pre-2017 PK coins used a code on the hologram (just like the 2FA coins) rather than the first-bits like these 2017 tenths seen in the OP. You need that code to reveal the first-bits/partial address on the Titan website. I guess ultimately the code would not be needed on the PK coins once peeled and key read. Bottom line is the website is not up to date and has missing parts and corrupted data it seems, so you can’t base half of the information off of it sadly. Some PK coins pre 2017, will show as active on the site, after 2017 most do not, but still have the PK under the holo, so using the website is just not going to be accurate any way you slice it unfortunately. A good thing is that the 2017 PK versions had the 1st bits on the certs, so that helps identify the full address to look up. Hope that helps. Thanks!
