6  Bitcoin / Legal / Is it possible to create a funding company on: October 11, 2019, 12:42:22 AM
I would like to know if it's possible to create a company specialized in lending to trading platforms (funding on Binance, Bitfinex, Bitmex, etc) and if I would have problems reporting income knowing that interests may vary from 8 to 16% APR and that it depends entirely on the market situation.

Of course, I'm talking about doing this in crypto-friendly jurisdictions, I'm interested in Estonia since everything can be done online thanks to their e-residency.

Also, do you have other jurisdictions to suggest?

8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hong Kong Bitcoin Trading Volume Spikes to Highest Levels Ever Recorded on: October 03, 2019, 01:56:19 AM
About $13 million HKD exchanged in the last week.
That's actually a pretty low volume but if it increased suddenly, it can also be a manipulation from Beijing, it will not surprise me coming from them they would do everything so that Hong Kong stays under their control.

In parallel, the protesters are very active on the deepweb and have networks of discussion to counter the Chinese surveillance, so it will not surprise me that they use Bitcoin.

There is indeed no age to learn and enrich your knowledge, and there is also no age to invest and grow your assets. For me For me business and business is something we have from a very young age, we can't stop thinking about the future and making more profits.

This kid comes from a very rich family and fortunately for him, his investment gave him very good returns. He could take the risk, because for his family it was a small amount. But such fairy tales don't happen very often to ordinary people. Anyway, I hope that he continues to stay invested in Bitcoin as his returns can grow by manifold in the next few years.

BTW, early investors with any asset are bound to become rich and it is true in the case of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum as well. Back in 2011 and 2012 the exchange rates were pretty much stagnant, and no one would have imagined that Bitcoin exchange rate would climb to five digits. Those who invested during that era, took a great deal of risk.
High risk high reward!
10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Daily trade Vs long trade on: October 03, 2019, 12:52:23 AM
For me, it depends on what type of person you are; if you are a busy person and making trading as a part-time job, I think you need to go in long trading. Because in daily trading, you need to focus on the cryptocurrencies price, also require too much effort, stress, and quick decision. But in long term trading you just need to wait for your profitable rate to sell your cryptos, but the difference of the daily trader to long trader, the daily trader can gain money daily and much high compared to the long-term trader. Smiley

Cryptocurrencies don't give you assurance in long tern like mutual funds do. You can't say after 5 years, you will approx. make XX% profit on your investment. It may be possible that your investment doubles the next month or fall to 80% after 5 years.
Therefore, when dealing with something as hot as cryptocurrencies, better remain as close to market as possible. Follow all news, read charts everyday, anticipate events. Keep your portfolio updated or your investment will die with dead coins.
From my side I do believe that cryptocurrencies are the actually the best long term investment you can make, ratio risk/reward is breathtaking. But always keep in mind that you need to invest money you're able to lose.

Nosedive into daytrading. Learn about candlestick patterns and stuff. Don't follow signals group and study the sentiment continuously.
That's right, at one point I followed signal groups etc, I lost a lot of money. Especially when it's related to cryptocurriences there is always a pump and dump story behind.

11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which is easier 1-2% a day or 20-30% per month on: October 03, 2019, 12:44:02 AM
Ok neither of these are easy but as a long term strategy to do think its best to day trade and try and get 1-2% a day or invest in a couple of coins and try and get 20% over a month
Profits depends on risk, for exemple you can either choose to lend your bitcoins on an exchange for a 10% annual rate but a pretty low risk (considering the exchange doesn't get hacked/scam), or you can choose to scalp/day trade, high risk high reward!

Perhaps scalping, one of the activities that can bring 1% -2% per day. Or trading without shorts, you can also with shorts if you are experienced.
In any case, for all these activities you need experience and knowledge. How to earn 20% per month from my income without any particular risks, I don’t know, all the options I know are quite risky.
Income of 20% - 30% per month is a fairly large amount. As a rule, such incomes, especially in the crypto sector, are fraught with high risks,
which means that in some of the months you can lose a significant amount of money from already earned ones.
I like the earnings of 1% -2% per day more, because every day the amount will increase and increase.

Statistics exist and it says that only 3-5% of traders that deal with cryptocurrencies get their profits regularly and reach success. Therefore, the main thing here is not to think of how much you can make and which of the strategies will be the best one for you. The main idea is to create a strategy where you will not lose or at least make these possible losses as small as possible.
It is true that very few traders succeed in the long run, so it's essential to distinguish yourself with your own strategy and to have a very good risk management
12  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to avoid getting blocked on neteller/paypal/skrill/etc? on: October 03, 2019, 12:21:52 AM
It is prohibited to use these services in their ToS, and so how can I avoid being found selling btc with them? I know about chargebacks and so, but I am interested about how people get banned(and how to escape it) in these platforms, though in case someone makes chargeback against you, administration can learn that you sell btc. Maybe you have a story to tell?

Only things I can think of is telling your buyer not to send additional message with transfer and do as few trades as you can on account, but I need your advice.
I recently got my account permanently restricted by Paypal with 1200$ inside, I think it's when your account activity peaks at a moment, and I think it was my fault I received almost 60 payments of the same amount while the activity of my account was very limited before. But what annoys me is that paypal is not at all receptive to explanations from my side and is like "shut up and wait for the 180 days to recover your money"

I sent an email where I threaten them with legal pursuits but I know very well that it is totally useless
