81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin go under regulation on: July 24, 2018, 07:09:33 PM
That's being wondered by most of people who involved bitcoin universe. Actually bitcoin is mostly under regulation even if we don't want that. We use exchanges, exchanges take our infos, paying taxes to governments and give our infos to them if they are forced to do that. We use similar "localbitcoins" and same thing happens. Long story short, You can run but can't hide, you're under control. Smiley
82  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is For Risk Takers on: July 23, 2018, 07:28:44 PM
Totally agree with that. If you're investing bitcoin you must have a nerve like steel. If you panic at all drop downs, this stress will destroy you in a couple of months. You have to know when you buy or sell, but if you don't, you shouldn't be fascinated by fear of missing out (a.k.a. fomo) Wait for low prices to buy, wait for high prices to sell. If you haven't courage to do that just buy and forget it.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will kill itself on: July 23, 2018, 04:46:49 PM
I don't understand why you think that way. You're talking about, "money laundering, drug transactions or human smuggling". But these have not entered our lives with bitcoin. These have always been and always will be. Reason isn't bitcoin's nature, it's human nature that want to cheat any time. I don't think bitcoin will be done because of these.
84  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung start to accept Bitcoin on 3 countries on: July 23, 2018, 11:06:33 AM
A distributor accept paying with bitcoin for Samsung products not Samsung itself (in only four cities by the way). Am I wrong? We all wait for good news but news (!) like this one cannot be took serious. Bitcoin won't rise with these garbage news. it will risewith bigger announcement from Samsung or Apple CEO's mouth in person. But not now. We still need time for this.
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Positive light on Cryptos on: July 23, 2018, 10:54:48 AM
Of course this is a good news but not enough. Bitcoin still needs more positive news to rise again. And people have to refresh their beliefs to bitcoin. Money have to come back to the market first. When it starts to happen bitcoin will be unstoppable again to 15-18k. Time shows us.
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Keep safe your Bitcoin from hacker on: July 22, 2018, 07:49:15 PM
The safest way to keep your bitcoins from thiefs is paper wallet. Any online activities threat your assets. Of course most of us don't do this but hodlers. We use exchanges, apps to trade in bitcoin or altcoins. If you do this you should use really really strong passwords and of course 2FA. Even these can't protect you hundred percent. Never ever ever click a link from a source you dont know. And use registered antivirus, it can warn you at least.
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why do governments don't make BTC illegal worldwide ? on: July 19, 2018, 06:59:58 PM
I'm wondering same thing too. There's only one reason that come to my mind: They know they won't be able to ban or restrict bitcoin because of bitcoin's nature. If they do that people find other ways to buy and keep bitcoin unregistered and illegal way. It doesn't look possible for now.
88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The FALL OF BITCOIN on: July 17, 2018, 06:52:53 PM
I think it's really early to say bitcoin is falling. Bitcoin got through these crises several times. It will do the same in my opinion. As you see right now bitcoin price rise 1000 dollars in one and a half day. Maybe tomorrow maybe next year maybe 5 years from now... Bitcoin will rise legendary prices.
89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Face up to reality: The game is over on: July 17, 2018, 03:57:47 AM
When i see the people who says "bitcoin dead, we're doomed" i want to buy more bitcoin than anytime. Whenever people give up from bitcoin it has answered with higher prices. Bitcoin doesnt live this situation first time. Yes this bearish trend looks more stronger than others because of big numbers (from 19k to 6-7k) but if we analyze that as percentage we see bitcoin get through worse. (From 1k to 200 dollars) So bitcoin will rise and survive again in mu opinion. We will see.
90  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Financial Experts Are Still Excited About Bitcoin on: July 17, 2018, 03:35:48 AM
Most of same "experts" didn't say a word when bitcoin hits 19k, just a few. Bitcoin is a new technology and it has own dynamics (anonymity, volatility, altcoins etc.) and current financial system may not understand how process is. I dont blame them. Even i agree with them little bit. For now bitcoin investment looks too risky but we see how much bitcoin powerful is in future.
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did you know that 25% of all Bitcoins are lost? on: July 16, 2018, 04:48:39 PM
Yes i've read from a couple of reliable sources. I think we cannot be sure how many bitcoins are lost but the number that article gave us isn't incredible. Many bitcoin owners didn't take serious bitcoins they had because of very low prices. I know some people who's trying to find their private keys or something make them remember how to reach their bitcoin accounts. They are just people i know. Who knows how many people are in same situation all around the world.
92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Are You Tracking Your Crypto Investments? on: July 16, 2018, 12:17:57 PM
I have been using for a long time blockfolio and Delta apps (android). Both are very useful and practical. Delta allows you track multiple accounts if you buy paid version  also change your BTC to your national current ( i'm in Turkey, Blockfolio shows me just dollars i have, Delta gives me Turkish Liras).

You can use these two apps. I prefer Delta more than Blockfolio.

93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transfered 48500 BTC yesterday :) on: July 16, 2018, 10:11:50 AM
There are a few people who called by us as "whale". 48500 BTC is big number but none of real bigs. BTC volume is 4.5 billion dollars according to coinmarketcap.com. It is obviously bigger than 298k dollars. Of course it can make an effect but I think it's not strong enough to bring market down.
94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC transaction fees is going down. on: July 16, 2018, 05:10:25 AM
It sounds good for bitcoin. Some of companies leave accepting bitcoin because of high fees. For example Steam. They started to unaccept bitcoin when fees are higher than game prices Smiley Otherwise people couldn't send small amounts because of same reason. When fees are reduced number of people who uses bitcoin will increase.
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin making the world go crazy? on: July 16, 2018, 04:54:31 AM
There are many poor people in the world. Most of people see bitcoin as "short way to fortune". That's the main reason to me. They don't know anything about bitcoin and cryptocurrency universe. Because of that, millions of people buy bitcoin from 18-19k dollars with selling their cars or houses. Now they see nightmares every night.
96  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will become the first world currency for buy and sell ? on: July 15, 2018, 05:11:25 AM
That's the point, right? Bitcoin's aiming knock banking system out and being a global currency that used by all people in the world. It's possible if we (i mean bitcoin community) believe that. But it's not that easy of course. To change all economic system will take so much time.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Once Lightning Network is broadly available, Bitcoin will skyrocket again on: July 15, 2018, 04:47:00 AM
Dont agree with you. Lightning network is a process not an instant move. BTC doesnt look it will hit 20-25k soon. I think bitcoin will do real move in the end of 2019 and 2020. Lightning network adoption will take time. Be patient buy bitcoin Wink
98  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India closes doors for Crypto Currency on: July 15, 2018, 04:37:17 AM
It's normal. Governments dont like a system they couldn't control. We saw this movie many times. I believe bitcoin will get through all bans and restrictions. For now  maybe these news effect bitcoin price badly but when it starts new bull run nobody wont care any governments.
99  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell your altcoin and buys bitcoin pioneering says on: July 15, 2018, 04:30:29 AM
Mostly agreed with that idea. Any altcoin still depends on bitcoin's moves. We saw last summer clearly. I had 4.5 BTC last year in June. It went down 1.1 BTC in September because of bitcoin madness. Dont sell all your altcoins. Keep some strong projects you believe truly. Sell others and keep bitcoin.
100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Ponzi scheme? on: July 10, 2018, 07:54:30 PM
I dont think you know what ponzi is. In a ponzi or pyramid scheme there's no valuable thing. System just needs newcomers to grow up and live. Ponzi schemes live 6-12 months and promise huge profits without risk. Bitcoin is almost ten years old and most of bitcoin investors know about risks they take.  Also, when you involve a ponzi you can't get out easily. But any bitcoin holder can change his/her money to fiat anytime. So bitcoin is not a ponzi scheme. If you believe that I strongly recommend take your money and exit it.
