Why didn’t they ask me within a month to provide documents confirming my identity, place of registration, bank statement? Are they so busy that they didn’t have enough time in a month?  I also wrote above that almost all of my data that their system can see remained the same, even 2FA was not disabled. |

Several years ago I used the services of gate.io. After a long break, I decided to use this exchange again. But when I transferred USDT, the exchange blocked the funds and for a month now they have not done anything, they only answer me in a ticket that they are looking into my question. The country, city, email and phone number have not changed alsough 2FA not changed and it's enabled ))) I don’t think there could be any questions about the account being hacked. The funds were transferred through the correct blockchain and appear in my spot wallet. When I try to make smth with my money, I got the popup window: Tip: Your account has been placed under protection due to detected potential risks. To lift this protection, please submit a ticket. In "Tickets" section was automatically answer to my question about 1 month ago and nothing else, and no answer on my next question. In the section support.gate.io/hc/en-us/requests I have been receiving standard responses from the same support for a month now, nothing has changed. Yogee: You must have deposited a larger amount than your usual activity which triggered their security system.
The amount was much less :-) You can create a post on their official account on [ Reddit] and put the ticket number so that they can expedite the review of your case as soon as possible, give you the reasons that led to the freezing and blocking of your funds, and give you the procedures that you can implement by submitting documents and such so that they can solve your problem, or through links to their communities [ here]. About Reddit good idea! To resolve this issue on gate.io, you can simply submit a ticket to their customer service. However, I'd like to ask, what is your reason for posting this thread? Are you intending to issue a warning against gate.io? Or are you telling that gate.io is a scam?
I created a ticket over a month ago, but the problem has not been resolved. The post here is only a warning that users may encounter the fact that the exchange does nothing to resolve the issue, only standard support answers. |

We've decided to ban Ukraine due to the unstable bitcoin environment that we feel in there, not only because the country is being banned. we are aiming to protect our global investors and eliminate the risk as much as we possibly could. We sincerely know it will cause much inconvenience, but we have to do this to make sure the project running smoothly.

This does NOT include drivers licenses! As non citizens of every country may be entitled to a drivers license.

Ребят! Кто-нибудь выводил монеты с кошелька на биржу? Я попробовала немного монет вывести, чтобы посмотреть как будет.... так у меня уже 8 часов pending! Это нормально?
Я выводил несколько раз и доходило в течении часа, а статус Pending висел вчера всё время, но токены уже были на бирже. |

Доброго времени суток уважаемые! Вам нужно нажать кнопку start again, которая находится справа от кнопки next и таким образом начнете вводить все заново, должно помочь! Я все сделала и у меня получилось дойти до стадии "пендинг", теперь жду. У всех все нормально с выводом? Добрый вечер, получилось в Microsoft EDGE браузере, а в Google Chrome 63 не давало нажать. |

А не может быть это всё для "отвода глаз"? Ну не может быть такой кривой биржи на такие собранные деньги. Может он просто показывает что работа идёт, мол вот вам биржа и всё. И так растягивает это чтобы постепенно все на это плюнули и забили :-)
