I am sorry but I am lost here. In my country we use Facebook like our daily MESSENGER and to get connected with friends and families. Are you saying Facebook.com scammed you? I don't think you will ever win against such big social media company unless if you have solid evidence relating to the scam. If your contests/posts have been removed, you can actually file an appeal and see if it will pass the community standards. Yet to hear back but I asked a law firm to file a claim for 100 million in damages.
I also wrote to the European Parliament and told that I was going to remove my citizenship because of no Freedom of Speech
I will prove in this topic that Facebook is a Fraud and a scam and is in violations with human rights.

It's impossible to have Freedom of speech on Facebook because there is a moderator blocking it.
Suppose you are one person, just one person who has no friends and family.
When you use Facebook ads in this case you are posting to a Facebook moderator and that's it.
Whatever you post will never go to the public and beyond one person( The Facebook moderator )
These two Facebook pages and the explanation contains undeniable evidence that there is no Freedom of speech for a person, it's in fact impossible.
Okey now suppose you have Friends and Family and indeed you want to use Facebook ads.
The thing is that you again as A person.
A human being of Flesh and Blood Cannot connect to the people who you are posting to.
A real human connection that would occur on a street or elsewhere.
Whatever Facebook let's through and gets paid for in hundreds of billions is a blank text and a blank image and cuts out Freedom of speech and human connection and it doesn't matter who is running the ads.

Posts Inside Facebook : +- 26
Occasions where it was impossible to post inside Facebook : 1
Freedom of speech taken away on no grounds : 3 times
Number of times human connection reached : 2 times for a brief moment
( ad's were instantly terminated ) because getting human connection would expose and ruin Facebook
And because you can't get Human connection with Facebook, that means that the entire Facebook business model is a scam.

That's unfortunate, this case is a common mistake whatever wallet/exchange a user used. Though there are some instances that exchanges resolve such issue.
But what I observed is they only do that if the money is huge enough for them to take action like binance.
It takes time for them to recover your funds due security reasons. Most exchange writes their terms about this, and most of them doesn't care, it just like a donation for them.
But some exchange charge fees to recover and resolve such mistake.
Some charge a fixed fee such Bittrex and some charge a percentage of the total fund wrongly sent such coinexchange.
Hope things will be alright for you soon regarding this.
They have a big list of declined single incidents, so if they could they should take the time, gather data and reimburse every single individual in one mission. Of course someone would be really disappointed if he/they had made other plans with the money.... |

Note that this was the kind of accident that I wasn't even AWARE that was made until Coinbase said so weeks later.
I personally though that I had sent Bitcoin cash to Bitcoin cash address,
@jawhead pointed out two others and one more in reddit.
One of them lost 300$ the other 15.000$ and have not searched further.
Within 24 hours there are 4 people with including me who's money Coinbase has.
Whether or not their wallets have been emptied or not is unknown,
But let's request Coinbase for data on every person who has ever made a similar accident on Coinbase.

After reading this post I edited my previous post a bit. It makes sense when considering the risk of handling the private keys but in this case Coinbase eventually moved the BCH which means they already exploited the addresses to get the BCH from there. +1 Respect for Royse777 who gets that they took the Bitcoin cash. If the Coins would of stayed in that address than I would of never reopened the case. If it's not a scam it's theft. Changed the topic from scam to theft. + If it's not company policy and It was a single employee he would likely get fired from Coinbase. |
