1  Economy / Gambling / Re: bitcoinchatter9 E Sports Picks (784 wins - 77 losses 0 draws) on: December 27, 2013, 09:32:46 PM
lol thats pretty funny.  all these threads about people posting gambling picks are a joke.  People either edits there picks after or pick huge favorites and don't use a unit system so they go look i'm hitting 90% of my games, but if you were betting you'd still be losing a lot cuz i always take -1000.  people are so desperate for the free money from referrals that they'll do anything lol
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: leancuisine's Sports Picks (361 wins - 142 losses - 31 draws) on: December 27, 2013, 08:31:10 AM
Found out that BTChap posted it on page 4. I found that it's really helpful to use.  Smiley

In order to profit as long as your accuracy is over 50%, bet enough on favorite in order to win a unit. When you bet on dogs, bet 1 unit. This way losses on favorites are recouped by dogs as long as you have over 50% accuracy. That applies in the long run when you have a sufficient sample to lower variance.
Good luck.
No more games today, I hope everyone has a nice holiday.  Smiley

??
This logic does not make any sense at all, especially given how you only bet on favorites.

In order to apply this method, you would have to find and bet on a +200 for every -200 that you bet, which you clearly do not do. I do not understand why you even quoted what that guy said, as the irrelevance of his statement when applied to your "betting strategy" only makes me more skeptical of any "profits" that you might have pulled in.

edit: using the betting strategy you provided above and applying it to your picks, since page 6 you are down nearly 20 units.
I quoted what that guy said for:
So it might be more helpful for people to see how your doing to assign units to each bet and calculate how many units you are up each day or week instead of just how many games you won and lost.
just as a reference as I do not assign units for each bet that I post. My picks should just be used as a reference or guide, never in this thread (at least I hope not) did I say this would be 100% profitable for anyone over a long period of time. Happy holidays!  Smiley

lol but what you quoted was wrong, since you way over 50% yet down over 20 units
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: leancuisine's Sports Picks (361 wins - 142 losses - 31 draws) on: December 23, 2013, 10:48:29 PM
since you are picking lost of huge money lines its not really about wins and losses its more about units.  If you pick 4 -400 ML games and go 3-1 you actually lost money on that day.  So it might be more helpful for people to see how your doing to assign units to each bet and calculate how many units you are up each day or week instead of just how many games you won and lost.  I'd be interested to see how your doing, but i don't have the time to go back and check every game and your W/L record does nothing for me

he clearly has no plans to pay anyone right?  At least people are starting to remove his sigs and are stopping to advertise for him for free.  That should also stop more people from going there and getting ripped off.  Like since he claimed that the cold wallets were lost. he has gotten a ton of more bets and more investment and yet no one has gotten paid.  If there were going slow because he did not have the money but he was paying some people i might believe him, but hes taking in new money and not paying out for winning bets or new investments, and alos no paying back old people who are owed money.  So hes just trying to string everyone along so he can get as much more money off dumb people who keep investing and betting, before it finally all falls apart.  I really really hope that i'm wrong, but there is nothing at all to show that that might be true.  If you have any intentino of peying people start now, you said you recovered a wallet or 2 there should be some BTC there, PAY PEOPLE who you owe money too, people are still betting and investing, don't keep that money, pay people you own, even if its only 4 or 5 BTC a day start paying.  If you have to take some out of you personal BTC do that if your site is legit that what you need to do to show people.  If you don't do that then its just a scam and your stealing peoples money while laying to everyone here.

Ok, a handful of people PM'ed me and I reviewed my information, and I believe that it's not yet a slam dunk. There's more work to be done. I've assured bit365 that I will continue until it is completed and that it would be arrogance on his part to doubt this.  And I believe he understands this. It is a check-and-balance of power in this community.

I have encouraged Bit365 to work it out, even on an individual basis if possible. If he PM's you, try to be flexible at this point, as we all have lost bitcoins before. (I'm not saying it's what happened, but it's possible.)

Nobody wants to see his site fade away -- in fact, quite the opposite -- there was no "bettor" place on the web! (bit365, feel free to use that). We all want this situation to be resolved so that our sports betting can continue unimpeded, myself included. I can't place a bet until this thing is resolved.

I will have his identity locked-down by February 1, 2014. I am actually going to write some software to assist me. He has until January 31st to come to individual agreements, if not payouts.

If people are still interested in his identity on February 1, 2014, I WILL GIVE IT TO THEM.

thank you so much for you effort and work, hopefully this makes him pay people.  I only am owed .7 but still i would really like to get paid.

Bit365s last post this morning.

Important update on status of payouts:

We realize many of you are panicking and I am here to update everyone on the current status of payouts and hopefully ease some tensions.

As you know, about one month we realized investments were calculating the wrong profit amounts. While fixing this issue over the next two weeks, the large number of cash out requests while this was on going quickly tapped out the small amount of BTC kept in our hot wallets.

What you do not know, is when we went to recover the majority of site funds from the thousands of addresses in cold storage, we were unable to recover the wallet files. In hindsight, it was a bad idea to not let everyone know about this at the time, but we did not want everyone to think their BTC was gone forever.

Over the past few weeks we worked on recovering the wallets hoping that this problem could resolve itself quickly. Days and weeks went by and we were still unsuccessful and users became much more impatient waiting for their payouts. However, I am happy to announce that we have now recovered one wallet, and it looks like we will be able to recover all of them.

Payouts will now be resuming and as more BTC is recovered all pending bets and investments will be sent out. We will be going through the list of missing payouts, or you can PM us the info and we will make sure it is processed asap.

BitcoinSports never was, is, or ever will be a scam. We will never run with your funds. We would not continue to update everyone if we did not have every intention of making good. We will continue to keep everyone updated about this at a much more frequent rate. We apologize for the lack of communication, it has been a stressful time for our users and our staff while we resolved this and we thank you for your patience.

I actually trust him for some strange reason.  I am sticking with the signature.  I signed up for another month just before the rates were cut, I don't know if that will be honored, but as a user of his sportsbook I like to carry the logo.
I'll believe it when i see it. IMO he's just buying time as usual.

always the skeptic ey?
atleast they have one wallet up and we should se some ppl getting their btc soon enough.
i think that will give most ppl piece of mind.

ya i think everyone who is smart is a skeptic, its been like a month with no one getting paid.  If he starts paying people that we are wrong and thats great, but i'm not just going to trust him because he posted something.  He owes me money so i really hope hes being honest and i will be paid soon, but to just trust him because he says so is just dumb, and to continue to advertise for him is not only dumb but also wrong because your screwing over other by making them think hes legit.

10  Economy / Services / Re: Earn up to 0.031 BTC/month for your signature - advertise BitcoinSports.eu! on: December 19, 2013, 07:29:56 PM
i don't understand why you guys are keeping his banner in the sig, until he pays people.  Not only are you guys most likely not going to get paid, but your also providing free advertising to someone who has a ton of documented instances of stealing peoples money.  If hes not paying people who bet and not paying people who invested why would you think he would pay you for your signature.
11  Economy / Services / Re: Earn up to 0.031 BTC/month for your signature - advertise BitcoinSports.eu! on: December 19, 2013, 03:59:27 AM
people watch out, hes not been paying anyone.  People have not been paid for winning bets and more importantly he has not paid out investor in like a month

hey i know there has been a lot of talk about the different alt currency exchange sites and their security and other issues, i wanted to know what everyone felt was the best site?  BTC-E has been pretty legit, never tried to deposit but have traded there, but they don't have all the currencies
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / best alt currency exchange on: December 18, 2013, 02:42:09 PM
hey I wanted to get everyone opinion on what the best alt currency exchange is?  I know there has been a lot of back and forth about problems with security and things with some of the alt exchanges.
16  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitcoinSports.eu - Bitcoin Sportsbook - PLAY or INVEST - No Registration! on: December 17, 2013, 07:43:16 PM
I'm still waiting for my cash out of my investment from:
http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/inv/2c3fa
I'm thinking we should change the title of this thread to indicate its a scam, at least until he starts paying people out.  I think for new members or just people browsing the forum, they might think that because he has a thread hes legit

i think everyone just needs to calm down, while a few countries or banks may ban BTC, its not going to get banned worldwide or made illigal
