I would clarify about the post-genesis block.

Noone in our team is mining the eToken. I personally mined the 5 firsts blocks, and only did few tests on some pools.
As BoeserKeller is right, we didn't mined during the "pause". As said, we do not mining.
We decided to don't race against miners and time. All the mining is yours.

We are not hiding the post-genesis block, although we can't. So we created the bank thing.
The bank exist to:
 - avoid early miners to get the control of the token, by possessing the biggest %.
 - get enough funds to develop and negotiate stuff for at least 3 years.
 - avoid losing energy into mining instead of developing.

Trusting in our system require time, we are aware of this.
